issue with order

I had an ordering issue and emailed my complaint. The issue was resolved within hours and new blades were at the house within a couple days. Exceptional service! Thank you!

Amazing Customer Service!!!

Amazing. My trimmer just stopped working one day out of the blue. I love it so much. Reached out about a replacement and was able to have a new one shipped to me within days! Stellar customer service!

So easy

Not as great as I had hoped

I found the videos on the website do be misleading and I thought that this would get a closer trim. It works much better on thin hair (my arms), but thicker hair (legs, bikini area, and armpits) are are still very noticeable. I do like it for womanscaping however.

The machine is great

The machine is great, the subscription WICH I DID NOT WANT OR AGREED, that takes 50€ for wet little shitty towels is a absolute no go. Buy with caution.

Speedy arrival

The buying process was smooth and the shipping was relatively quick. Having updates along the way made me feel much more secure about my purchase and it's arrival.
However, it would have been nice if the product came in more discreet packaging.

Not worth it :)

Made with inferior materials

Their trimmer is made with inferior materials that degrade. Even though I took very good care of it the surface became gummy and sticky. It's awful now. Planned obsolescence. They expect you to buy a new one every few years. No wonder the planet is dying. These greedy short-sighted companies only think in terms of profit. Lost a customer.

Accidental subscription is not nice

I didn’t like it that I accidentally agreed on a renewing subscription when I thought I made a one-time purchase. I think the order process was misleading. Now I got sent products I didn’t want and I have to pay for them (even though returning is possible, the delivery cost has to be paid).
