After what felt like an endless search for a suitable 'premium' branded giveaway item, we came across Merchery. We ordered some branded YETI mugs and the communication throughout the process was seamless - no question was too small. The quality of the product is fantastic, and gives the exact premium feel we initially set out to find. Thank you to Louise who i was in communication with throughout, working tirelessly to accommodate our pressing delivery date, and so pleasant to speak to.

I ordered custom hoodies from Merchery and honestly, the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. The design process was incredibly straightforward so much so that I actually reached out after placing the order just to double-check if everything was really good to go. It just seemed too easy compared to other companies I’ve dealt with. Spoiler alert: it was all perfectly in order!

When the hoodies arrived, I was blown away by the quality. The fabric feels premium, and the embroidered emblem is top-tier, super crisp, detailed, and built to last. It’s clear they don’t cut corners on materials or craftsmanship.

Customer support was also on point, fast, friendly, and efficient. Shipping was smooth and speedy, which is always a plus when you're excited to see the final product.

All in all, Merchery nailed it. I’ll absolutely keep them in mind for future projects. Highly recommend if you want quality gear without the usual design hassle!

Great communication, flexible with samples and great product quality

Second batch of caps (since the first batch was made wrong), and I have still not got what I have ordered. Wrong print, wrong cap style etc etc. Seems like no one follow up on the instructions and that outcomes gets right.

Not good service, do not recommend really shady. I placed a corporate order with them for hoodies worth few thousands. Few of the prints were blurred and I asked if we could get replacements for the hoodies with faulty prints. They told me that they’re only able to if we send it back to them and they can see for themselves if they are in fact faulty, when even on the photos they were clearly faulty. I read their return policy and found a clause that was contradicting their refusal to replace them. They THEN updated the return policy and told me that they are not able to now according to their updated policy. Now I even see that they even use the corporate logo under their list of clients they serviced. Lol. I respect hustlers but this was just low. Refusing to replace faulty products when we ordered worth thousands. Also I heard from other who used them that they’re notoriously of poor quality and even suppliers told me that they’re avoiding working with them known to be on black lists.

The team at Merchery was able to help with a quick turnaround need for embroidered tote bags. They turned out great and arrived on time!

Customer service was great, Filippo was very reachable so I always felt up to date. Quality of product met all expectations. Service was speedy.

We have ordered new team clothing and shopping bags from Merchery. The communication with the team was very reliable, friendly and committed! The printing of our company logo also turned out exactly as we wanted.
