When I was finally ready, it was a simple process and I got a proof. When it arrived, the quality was better than I expected. Very nice product and great image on the pieces.

We ordered 3 types of cups that corresponds to our company values (the 2 ceramic types of mugs and 1 large sized mug). We were really happy with the samples they sent before we proceeded with the actual order and the final products that arrived to our office.

Merchery was very facilitating too when one of the cups unfortunately did not meet our standard, they were very responsive and provided different alternatives with from their unpublished catalogue.

We recently ordered 50 Rains backpacks and the experience was fantastic. The team was flexible with our payment options, which made the internal process so much easier for us. They guided us through the entire e-proof process for our logo to ensure the design was perfect before production. The backpacks arrived on time and without any issues.
