Megan Baker have been extremely helpful - we are buying through them - we completed in less than a month after our offer was accepted and we will be moving next month! Thank you so much for a very professional yet personal service. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was looked after from day one. All members of staff who I talked to found it no trouble to deal with and resolve any questions put to them.
Considering I lived far away from the property I was selling, the Megan Baker team did all the leg work and, the admin required to make the sale of my property a breeze.
So it's a big THANK YOU to all the team and, I will definitely recommend you to anyone who I know may need a future house sale.

Nothing but praise for all the team at Megan Baker. We had reassuring updates regularly all through the process from the extremely knowledgeable and diligent team. Cannot recommend them highly enough, if ever we bought or sold in the future we wouldn't dream of going to another agent!

I had a great experience with Megan Baker during the process of buying my house. The choice of estate agent was the seller's, obviously, but I would use them myself and would highly recommend them to anyone else on the island selling a property. They went out of their way to be helpful to me, getting information I needed to make decisions about the purchase. They really seem to care about their clients and finding the right match between buyer and home.
