I have been waiting for 17 hours for a withdrawal and 9 hours for customer service. i have emailed and no response. they take the deposit in seconds but don`t want to pay out. i have money pending and money in my account i want to take out. i am so angry right now. i have been a member for years and fully verified. i will be taking this further.

In addition to review below. This is becoming more and more ridiculous as the days pass. You keep mailing saying my card is not verified. Before I tried to withdraw I had a mail to say it was verified. Then all of a sudden I get mails asking me to verify a card that has been inactive since last year. A card used on playojo which is a sister site to your company. I clearly don’t have that card to hand anymore. This site is essentially scamming me not out of winnings but out of my own mistake. Nobody here in support has helped and online chat support leaves you on standby for an hour then messages and closes chat.

What a shambles

I have no idea what is happening with this company...I'm hoping I can change this review if resolved... I won £575 I have tried to with draw and it keeps saying I have to upload documents....I have already uploaded driving licence and passport...bank statements and motor insurance and official government students grant letter ....I don't have any bills utilities as my partner pays them all what do I need to do to get through to some one to help .... I've tried every no response on email or chat th process is very stressful

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. Wanted to leave a good review as have been extremely lucky. Quick enough to take money, verified my ID etc. had a successful withdrawal which was a lot longer than I hoped but thought I would try again. Won. Now they want all kinds of statements etc when I have specifically stated I don’t want to increase my deposit limits and was told on chat that she had placed a limit on for me.
Lost my data clearly seeing as you’ve needed ID twice in a week. Scary.

Trying to explain to them that there are some issues and can’t actually speak to a human who clearly is understanding your concerns. Constant bots.

Absolutely disappointed with how slow their responses are and how they make withdrawals difficult

Sent various emails in regards to their requirements and have the same email response back every time. Live chat has had no response. Now looking at reporting this and taking it further.
Had so much stress today waiting on responses and I’m still waiting it’s unacceptable. As soon as this withdrawal is complete I refuse to pay any more money to your company!!! Shame as if the communication was better and given how lucky I have been I would have left a good review. Shambles. Like they money say in their bank earning interest and that’s that.

Winning bet not paid out

Withdrew £600 last night and still in my pending, sent a email no reply, and live chat waste of time same automated message sent each time, they are quick enough to take the deposits, 😡

Don't waste your time & money

Same as others have said, quick to take your money but not so quick to hand it back. Been waiting for a withdrawal for 2 days, try to ask them what the hold up is but just get the same generic response that you see from them on here " it may take a few hours to process". The chat feature is rubbish as it takes them so long to reply you end up starting all over again with the chat bot. Plenty of better places to spend your money, places that actually pay out within a reasonable time frame!

I have requested a withdrawal and after 48hrs still processing. Contacted and get told same message all the time by a AI BOT ,
Emailed told same .. all my documents are up to date . Can deposit instantly no problem, yet can't give back at the same speed. Surely if I'm all verified, this shouldn't be such a dragged out process 👎 .

Placed a request for withdrawal for £600 2 days ago and still NO funds. Apparently sitting with payments team still even tho all my documents are verified I have nothing to upload and your site doesn’t have an issue taking the money from my bank!!! If it isn’t sent to my bank today I am going to gambling commissions as the information time frames etc on your website are all lies. A few hours - LIES! Can take money but can’t pay it!
