Can’t withdraw my own money I deposited or my winnings. Every time
I try it says it can’t release my
Money when there’s bonus winnings active, however all their emails state at the bottom that this is something they can do? Makes no sense and proves it’s a scam! Totally unacceptable that I can’t even get my own money back!!! Live chat is a useless bot. Absolute scam page!! Avoid!! I will be reporting to FCA.

Megacasino stopping my withdraws

I have been using Megacasino for about a year, my account has been verified and I have been able to withdraw. This stopped a couple of months ago, I have not been able to withdraw as the site says additional verification is needed and then brings me to the upload documents page. However on this page there is no option for me to upload as all my documents have already been verified. The emails sent to support@megacasino etc go unanswered.

This is really unacceptable.

I'm very aware and check trust pilot…

I'm very aware and check trust pilot before I use any casinos and I can honestly say mega casino is fine and legit everytime I have made a withdrawel I have recieved my winnings not 1 time have I had problems yes for me it takes at least 24 hours to recieve them but I always get them with the Christmas and new years there's obviously going to be delays these people have life's and family's to but trust me you will recieve your withdrawel

Can’t fault really

I can’t really understand these bad reviews, I’ve played with mega casino for over a year now, and not had a single bad experience, I currently have a £5,000 withdrawal in processing, normally have funds from smaller withdrawals (anywhere from £100-£1000 with me within hours) I use the trustly option with depositing and withdrawing also.

Again, can’t fault mega casino, however one thing I would make comment on is having some chat moderators, or actual live chat reps, as that seems to be the main thing people comment on

My account is locked, i have processed my withdrawal which is still pending. And also i cannot play more games. I have never seen any casino company exploiting the responsible gambling of players rules and regulations to be misused and use it against them. This is absolutely disgusting

Tried to withdraw money

Tried to withdraw money. Which said was successful, and would be in bank today due to e banking then had a call today off some strange number when you call back doesn’t exist. Saying it will take 7 working days. No one answers emails or chat box which is no good! Nothing in my bank off them even though states been processed. And have proof they said same day payment. Not best customer service skills or communication at all.and now disabled my account so can’t even get in touch with anyone?!

Absolutely awful casino

Absolutely awful casino, worst ive ever experienced!
Asked for bank details 3 times, said they cant process to bank!
Been waiting nearly a week on a verified account and they still havent processed my withdrawal,
Im taking it to an ombudsman now as they have stopped replying to my emails,
Do yourselves a favour and avoid this disgusting excuse for a casino.
UPDATE- have now been told that bank details were incorrect!
Re-sent and will see what happens now!
Nobody told me that this had happened though so still awful communication and still waiting on update.
FURTHER UPDATE
Since posting this review i have had them in contact and promised to process ASAP!
I will update review as soon as i receive money.
