Ordered swimmers, paid over £40 and have received no communication except a tracking number that is invalid. Despite sending numerous enquiry emails they have not responded at all. Reported as fraud to the bank.

Avoid ordering from Meet Curve. Return service non existent, refuses to give return address on reply email. Ordered Tankini but velcro fastening on bottoms would cause indecent exposure in any pool or open water. Standard reply tactic is to offer partial payment, low value voucher or suggest you pass on unwanted items to friends. Seller is not UK based, appears to be in USA so add false advertising to the list of cons as well. Please do not order from this site.

Wished I had listened to other reviews but thought I would take a chance, my mistake.

Cant say the quality of the clothes as parcel never arrived.

Was delivered elsewhere and Meet Curve response was to send me a photo of a door ( not mine ) and tell me to go look for it!

Have told them it's their responsibility to replace or refund but not holding my breath for an acceptable outcome... they couldn't care less

Never - in my life I think - have I managed to buy a perfect fit bathing costume... until this one! I was shocked - but delighted. I plan to buy another in the same style but with a different pattern. Sizing was perfect and - being well-endowed - I normally cut out the cups in bathing costumes as they make me huge and are never comfortable: I need support, not padding. But - unbelievably - that's exactly what I got with this costume.
Only reduced the rating as delivery was problematic. It appeared to arrive at a local depot - then leave it and go for a meander around the country so it took about a week longer than expected. But I will admit - the costume itself was worth the wait.

Customer support team responded quickly and helpfully, but I am really cross that I have to pay international postage to return items.
Whilst the website does say that buyer pays return postage, it does not say that the return address is international. I am a UK buyer and bought from a website with UK prices and a UK suffix. I would not have ordered multiple sizes if I knew this.

Order took a long time to deliver. I was sent tracking number but upon trying to view the tracking details it came up ‘not found’. I emailed customer services but never received a response. Item arrived a few days later. Considering the price of the item and the time it took to deliver, the item is just ok, not great but I’m reluctant to return because of the hassle of delivery experience. I doubt I will use this website again in future.

Horrible customer service. Can not return items so they say to difficult and offer you a £14 offer to keep the items that don’t fit you when the total of what you want to return is £60. One question the highest they could go to was £40 if I knew this was the case I would never have purchased with them as online. It says returns are free. You can do them easily. None of this has which I’ve had to endure. Also I paid for express shipping and it took just as long as regular shipping I tried to complain and they said the link the link did not work but never recommend clothing is nice which I’ve got but would never purchase from them would rather go elsewhere for the same quality and now I could return if they not like or if not an option would be able to get her more considerable offer than £14 at first when I spent over £60 on the items which I do not want.

Unable to return 2 out of 3 items that did not fit to an address in the UK as, despite checking the returns policy before buying, there is no mention that this is a US company with returns warehouse in New Jersey. Don't buy from this website if you don't live in the USA.
I have successfully effected a chargeback on my credit card which was easier than dealing with meet.curve.

Terrible experience. Wrong items sent . After waiting 2 weeks + for order . Refusing to engage with requested refund and action. Blaming logistics company when really the company should take ownership of sending wrong item and refund . Still waiting . Have raised a fraud case with bank . Do not order. Order comes via China ,not uk.

I like the very wide choice of swimsuits. However the returns window is unacceptably short in this day and age (30 days is much more the norm than 15) and the returns process unnecessarily complicated and slow as one has to email the company and then wait for information as to where to return. I am currently waiting for this information and, depending on how straightforward the process is, I may or may not use the company again.

I received a swimsuit which cost £33 .99.I returned it as it was unsuitable and was offered £8 refund!! After complaining that this wasn't enough I was offered £16 which I accepted.The way this company operate is not acceptable and I would caution anyone who wants to order from them not to do so.

They are not based in the UK. If you want to return anything, good luck.. They first offer a measly partial refund and say you can keep them, you say no, they make another measly offer of partial refund and suggest I gift the unwanted items. After a lot of back and forth I finally got a retuns address. Their customer service is rubbish.
I've returned my items, tracked, as they suggested, and sent them the tracking number.
I have no doubt that they either somehow won't receive the return or they will claim their is some kind of issue so that they don't have to refund me.

Definitely deserve a zero star. Long delivery time as item is coming from the US, not a UK based company as it alludes too being. They haggle with you about returning your unsuitable item. The material was awful. I'm still trying to return my item snd they won't agree to it straight up. Offering partial refunds etc. Very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only are they bordering on a scam, they prey on vulnerable people who are bigger and who have limited access to swimwear as it is. Horrible quality fabrics, barely any customer service, insanely long delivery times and an almost impossible returns system.

I'm a UK customer. The service may be better in the US, but shipping is slow. Returns are difficult. They say to keep misfitting garment and you get a credit note for less than the original amount. The sizes are too small - it's not an accurate conversion scale. I now have two garments I can't wear.

Shocking experience! Item that eventually arrived was faulty, not as described and appeared pre-used. When I contacted customer services I was sent on a goose chase that went around in circles so that they could avoid refunding me. Be warned - they are trading out if the USA despite there being nothing indicating this on their UK website. They do not seem to think that they need to comply with consumer law. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Emailed to ask for updated. Replied straight away to advised they would look into and get back. Still yet to get a reply or update 2 weeks later.

I completely understand other reviews about the returns policy which isn't what we expect from online ordering in 2025, but.... and this is a big but... the swimsuits are just absolutely amazing!!!!! I'm just over 5 foot 8 inches, 69kg, 34FF, UK12 and I purchased everything in size M. Yes, the sizing is a little off as I ordered the same size in everything with one item too small, one item too big and everything else fitting perfectly. The customer service team were very responsive with my queries and I was given a (very generous in my opinion) credit note for the ill fitted items and allows to keep all items. The replacement items have arrived today and they are just so lovely and fit me so well. I honestly don't think I have ever had such nice swimwear where I feel confident to wear them without a cover-up. Again, I know delivery is longer than what is expected but I received both my orders in under 10 days which was fine for me as I ordered my items 4 weeks prior to my holiday. I'm giving 5* as the items are just so nice and customer service were extremely good. If you are looking for quality swimwear that fit larger chest and are happy to wait longer for UK delivery and can overlook the returns strategy then this place is honestly an absolute must!!!!! LOVE IT!!!
