I'm a UK customer. The service may be better in the US, but shipping is slow. Returns are difficult. They say to keep misfitting garment and you get a credit note for less than the original amount. The sizes are too small - it's not an accurate conversion scale. I now have two garments I can't wear.

Shocking experience! Item that eventually arrived was faulty, not as described and appeared pre-used. When I contacted customer services I was sent on a goose chase that went around in circles so that they could avoid refunding me. Be warned - they are trading out if the USA despite there being nothing indicating this on their UK website. They do not seem to think that they need to comply with consumer law. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Very long delays in delivery.

Emailed to ask for updated. Replied straight away to advised they would look into and get back. Still yet to get a reply or update 2 weeks later.

I completely understand other reviews about the returns policy which isn't what we expect from online ordering in 2025, but.... and this is a big but... the swimsuits are just absolutely amazing!!!!! I'm just over 5 foot 8 inches, 69kg, 34FF, UK12 and I purchased everything in size M. Yes, the sizing is a little off as I ordered the same size in everything with one item too small, one item too big and everything else fitting perfectly. The customer service team were very responsive with my queries and I was given a (very generous in my opinion) credit note for the ill fitted items and allows to keep all items. The replacement items have arrived today and they are just so lovely and fit me so well. I honestly don't think I have ever had such nice swimwear where I feel confident to wear them without a cover-up. Again, I know delivery is longer than what is expected but I received both my orders in under 10 days which was fine for me as I ordered my items 4 weeks prior to my holiday. I'm giving 5* as the items are just so nice and customer service were extremely good. If you are looking for quality swimwear that fit larger chest and are happy to wait longer for UK delivery and can overlook the returns strategy then this place is honestly an absolute must!!!!! LOVE IT!!!

Couldn't return as had to pay a fortune. All they offer is for you to keep what you have and they give you a discount on your next order. Would never use again.

This company is NOT UK based! Ordered 2 tops for my daughter based on it being UK based and easy to return which IS A LIE! They are based in the USA and they take days to reply to emails when asked for a refund and then they just offer PART refunds and u are told to keep the items! Pointless!! We now have 2 useless tops which are far too small and only HALF our money back! This company is a COMPLETE CON! They need to be shut down! I want to give them a MINUS STAR!

Good quality peices, fit well and very flattering. Size UK 16, wore the Large.

My only feedback would be - for the cross fabric bottoms. It would be good for the crossed fabric to be stitched together where the fabric crosses over to keep in place. I would recommend the bottoms more for relaxing by the pool rather than swimming as the draped fabric moved around and needed readjusting before getting out of the water

After being informed that delivery would take 7-15 days - I had no update. I emailed to ask where my x3 swimsuits were after 20 days to be informed that one had actually been sold out and would only be receiving two. I waited for my two swimsuits eagerly as I had a holiday booked that I needed them for and the items never arrived. It has now been over a month and I am STILL awaiting my refund. Absolutely will not recommend this company, or how they deal with their customers - ESPECIALLY if you need a refund as I have been asked to basically email the couriers myself about where my
Items are. I am not employed with Meet curve. My parcel was worth over £100. I have received no items, my holiday has been and gone and I am STILL out of pocket. Absolutely disgusted and let down. Will never shop here again.

Not great.
Seemed like a nice website with nice choices. Long story short, I live in Ireland and paid extra for fast delivery as I was going away in just over a week, so I knew I was pushing it, that is on me.

But it took well over a week from the UK.
I have sent stuff to Germany quicker, via tracked post! So I can't understand why it took longer than a week.

I e-mailed the company saying I was disappointed and got a cr*ppy e-mail back, the swimsuit arrived and it is a nice swimsuit, but if you have a bust bigger than DD cups, it was a waste of time for me.

I wouldn't say avoid them altogether but don't pay for fast delivery outside of the UK at least. The swimsuits seem to be nice but just the issue with delivery put me right off.

Good quality product & efficient quick customer service

Returns policy is shocking unable to get a refund for £67 pounds as unable to return in the UK. Company offer refund of £30 and keep the items which are of no use to me. Would not recommend this company.

This company is not based in the UK as advertised. If you want to return items it takes numerous emails, and insisting you would like a refund not a 20% back and keep the items. You then have to return to the USA at your own expense £20. Fortunately I paid with credit card so have some way to get my money refunded.

I know some people have clearly had problems with this company but my experience has been great! I ordered a swim dress on 23rd May and it arrived today (4th June) and is perfect. Really pleased!!

I bought a swimsuit last year that was nice but I have lost a little weight since then so I wanted to get a smaller one. They didn't have the same one in stock so I chose a different design in the next size down. This one was a bit tight in the chest so I requested details to return it. I was told return was in New Jersey (this is not mentioned anywhere on the site) and return delivery would be about £35 (not transparent at all in the returns page). To avoid this, they offered that I keep the suit and they give me a gift voucher, as I was going to exchange anyway. This voucher I used to purchase a replacement suit. I got two, in the bigger and smaller size, just incase.
Neither fit, they were both tiny, and they look exactly the same out the package. I had to check the inside labels in case someone had packed it wrong. Needless to say, I wanted to return them.
I was told you cannot return gift item purchases, even if the gift card only covered less than half of the order.
So I'm out £30 odd quid and I have three swimsuits that don't fit me! I guess I can sell them on, but I'm very frustrated to not have the option to return and the fact that the return process (so expensive and far away) was not clearly outlined.
I have also noticed there are several listings that state various closures and strap adjustments for pieces which do not exist on the actual swimsuit. I addressed this with a customer service rep and they ignored it.
All their size charts are the same too, across different patterns - but I can assure you the different styles definitely do not all fit the same.
Over all, really disappointed.

If I could give this company 0 I would. Someone needs to look into this company. Purports to be a UK based company but are based in the USA. My order was a bikini and when it arrived the bottoms and top was two different colours when it was supposed to be one! Tried to return and had excuse after excuse of why I couldn't return. Then offered a £9 refund for a £40 bikini and told the keep the unwearable item. Avoid at all costs unless you are prepared to throw your money down the drain. When I see the 5* reviews I don’t buy it, we all know about that trick. Shocking company who are sucking in the British public under a false representation using a UK web domaine and ripping them off.

Great, service and love the costume

Please do not order from this company. Order arrived eventually (not uk based) size was incorrect, asked for refund. Offered to give me a voucher for the amount I paid, tried to order but despite inputting the code still tried to charge me the full amount ‘customer service’ now not responding. Total ripoff, I wish I’d read these comments first, lesson learnt
