Randall was very helpful and saved me a lot of money on my Medicare Plan. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He went over them all and clearly explained my options. It was a fast and simple process for such a confusing and complex process. I would Recommend him and the Medicare School for everyone.

I had come across medicareschool.com…
I had come across medicareschool.com awhile ago and didn't pay a lot of attention to it, but had saved their videos. When Medicare open enrollment came around this year and I found out the plan I had was making a lot of changes for next year, I started watching their videos as I had spent a couple months trying to review all the other plans available in my Medicare book but was getting no where on deciding on a different plan. I even went to a Medicare seminar at a local restaurant but wasn't feeling great about the plan the reps were trying to push all people there to change to. So I decided to sign up with Medicareschool.com and I'm glad I did. I was assigned to Mr. Randall Billings who is a very knowledgeable young man. I told him my concerns about the plan I have now and the changes that were coming for next year. Randall answered questions and guided me to a much BETTER plan for 2026. I will definitely call on Randall again when 2027 comes around. I give that young man a 5 star rating.

I had watched some YouTube videos from Medicare School.com and decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did. Randall Billings worked with me and was very knowledgeable and caring and not the least bit pushy. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure that I got all of the information that I needed and then helped me get everything set up. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me get the plans that worked best for me. He made sure I thoroughly understood everything before we ended the call. Randall Bilings was the BEST!
We had Randall Billings help us.
He was the greatest. Knew all about Medicare, the supplements and Advantage plans.
Shared our unique experiences and he knew exactly where we needed to go and what to do.
Got us our of the plan we didn't like and helped us get into a much better plan.
Will use him again next year and will tell our friends to use him as well.

Last year
Last year, I was questioning whether I should change my medicare provider or not. When I let Medicare School know what I was doing and how I liked it, they told me to go ahead and keep it. They didn't try to sell me something else. The year went fine.
I trust them I will use them this year again. But I want to change this year.

I’m sorry you feel misled, that’s never our intention. Let me please outline what our team has done on your behalf:
Since September 18th, we contacted you multiple times by email and text with reminders to review your plan for the Annual Enrollment Period. Our first message reassured you not to stress and included a link to schedule your review. Several additional reminders followed.
On October 13th and 14th, we sent invitations to our 2026 Medicare update livestream, which you opened. After that, you continued receiving weekly reminders, daily Q&A opportunities, and links to book an appointment whenever you needed help.
When you called on November 13th, our Client Care Team returned your call and also sent a personal text that same afternoon offering assistance.
Given the above, we believe we acted appropriately and fulfilled our responsibility to follow up, provide updates, and offer support throughout the entire enrollment period. We’ve been available at every step and are still here if you need help moving forward.
