Not had this unit long, but here are my initial thoughts.
Good service and fast delivery. Unit appears to be well made and is of medical standards. Variety of settings for all situations. When used in conjunction with the downloaded app it is very easy to use and gives useful functionality and data. My only criticism is that operating the unit directly from its touchscreen is not very precise and requires numerous touches to change and activate the various settings. I don’t know, whether or not this is the norm with this unit, or that I’ve been unlucky enough to purchase a faulty one.

Oakmoor School, a secondary school in Hampshire, have been using the Medicair Pro Mini in our classrooms for two weeks supporting a student with air bound allergies. The results have been very impressive to say the least. The systems are affordable, easy to set up, lightweight, and on L2 have little to no impact on classroom learning. We are all very impressed with the systems and have since ordered 3 more systems to support the air filtration of our classrooms and school. Not only are these systems reliable and effective, the customer service from the Medicair team has been exceptional. They have been kind, caring, considerate and always on hand to offer support and advice. I cannot recommend this company and these products highly enough - not just in schools, but in any business or workspace.

My teenage daughter suffers some life long anaphylactic allergies. Unfortunately, since starting secondary school she has been having daily reactions. After the most complex testing by one of London's top allergy hospitals, we're are no further forward on the cause. She is suffering air borne reactions and we have spent over 2 years trying to get on top of them. A month ago I reached out to Medicair. I spoke with a wonderful chap called Steve. Steve was so patient with me. Took the time to listen to me. He went away to talk things through with his colleagues and then came back to me. Between us, we decided that the Medicair Pro Mini was worth a try in my daughter's classrooms. The unit arrived on the Friday. It was very simple to use but because I wanted to make sure that the school were using it correctly, i wanted to make sure I understood it. I messaged Steve and he called me on the Saturday, so that I was able to explain to the school first thing Monday morning. He explained the science behind it all, what all the numbers meant and what the unit should be showing/doing. The school set up 2 units on the Monday, and for the first time in months and months my daughter managed to stay in her lessons. Steve checked in on us at the end of the day, and has continued to do so over the last couple of weeks! You can't ask for more than that!!
The unit is small enough to not be bothered at by a class of teenagers, it's light enough to move and it is quiet enough to not draw attention. My daughter has had the unit set at level 2 (out of 4) and that has been enough to clean the air around her. The higher levels are a little noisier and would be fine if the class wasn't doing silent work. At level 2, I would suggest that the volume is similar to that of a fridge....just a gentle humm.
We have been so impressed with Medicair and the Mini Pro that the school have agreed to buy 3 more units, so that my daughter can have one in each of her classrooms, without needing to move it around.

Don’t normally write reviews but got to say iam very happy with these purifiers, iam realy in to my fitness training and diet nutrition, Iam allways looking to improve my health and well-being from nutrition to boxing training , sleep , organic food , structure and good routine,
So after researching for last few weeks I decided to take my health to the next level , and Iam amazed how fresh and energetic iam felling over last 3 days since I’ve had this in my bedroom , sounds strange but I can fell the fresh air in my lungs when breathing it in ,fells like I’ve been running up a mountain and the air is clear and refreshing when breathing
I have purchased 2 of these one for my bedroom and as iam a tattooist one for my tattoo shop as I spend most of my time in these 2 rooms , iam also confident that if I get any customers that are full of cold or viruses in my tattoo room when tattooing them , I will have the purifier on level 4 and this should clear the air and prevent me from catching there viruses, I’ve been recommending this purifier to all my customers as well , I like helping peaple with there health and fitness good to practice gratitude
All so one more thing in my loft room the co2 levels were 1200 ish when first installed purifier now they down to 623

Happy with the filter, unfortunately, the top pin in the plug snapped off. I emailed them to say it had broken. The same day, they called me and said a new one was on the way to me. The following day it had been delivered. Absolutely first class service, really great, thank you!

I have over the years purchased several air purifers which I was dissapointed with. I contacted Medicair and after speaking to Steve who answered all my questions I purchased 2 Pro minis I am very pleased with these. I can feel the air is cleaner. My breathing is better and I sleep better. I recommend these. I am impressed with the after care support.

Right, let me cut to the chase. Initially, I was bloody sceptical about the Medicair Pro, especially with their salesmen coming on stronger than a double espresso. You’d think a medically-endorsed device wouldn’t need the hard sell, but here we are. Taking the plunge? Best decision ever.

We’re pet owners in a spacious 220m^3 home, and we’d sometimes get a whiff of that ‘pet owner’ scent—particularly noticeable when returning home or having guests. Once this unit was up and running, the air had a palpable freshness, and visitors immediately spotted the absence of any pet-related odour. Basically, our house over the next few weeks started to smell like a whole lot of nothing, and that’s a f*ckin win in my book.

Two months on the clock, after rolling in compliments about our now odour-free digs, we’re really seeing the full effects in every way now. My own nagging allergies to pollen and my pets? Fair bit better whenever inside, and that’s saying something. Spills or bad odour down a few rooms away? Gone in minutes. Summer heat has been easier with less stuffy air too.

UV disinfection - Well, can’t exactly test it, but we haven’t gotten sick this summer.

The app? Well, it’s a bit of a faff. Even for someone tech-savvy, the pairing process could use some streamlining. Also, would it kill them to add a dark mode? On the upside, the app lets you fiddle with automations, timers, and even IFTTT, so it’s not all dogsh*t. Make sure you have 2.4ghz WiFi integrated or as a separate network.

The ‘Reakt’ mode is the cherry on top. This clever b*stard adjusts to real-time air quality, and it’s bang on. Vape or cook something pungent nearby, and the machine ramps up like it’s going into battle. This filter has thousands of hours left on its life indicator span even though we use this machine all the time. We’ve had to do virtually 0 maintenance in 2 months thus far.

To sum it up, if you’ve got pets, this is the must-have gadget. Two months in, and the benefits are clear as day. The app could use a nip and tuck, but the unit? Bloody effective. Have had cheap air ‘purifiers’ for years, they don’t come close. Many many businesses should get one of these; gyms, salons, schools, offices. God-send product. Wish I had the money for a mini bedroom one

My flat used to get very dusty within 2-3 days but since I got the MedicAir Purifier I don’t have those problems. I just leave it on their intelligent setting that detect when to turn on automatically so I don’t have to worry about it. I am a bit of a data geek and I love their MedicAir Data app which shows me what was the air quality in my flat throughout the year. Best purchase ever!

These Air Purifiers are truly amazing! They are the best Purifier I have ever had. Incredibly quiet and they look very stylish in my offices and at home. I have the Medicair Mini and Pro and I would strongly recommend both to anyone wanting a quality air purifier.

Having bought one of the purifiers for my home recently i have to say the service received was excellent and staff delightful.I do however have one issue that i was not too happy with.The unit should have had 5000hrs filter life ,yet when it was first connected it registered as 4300.This equates to a whole month practically and this is quite significant considering the price.We did wonder if we had received a unit that had been returned as you are able to have a months trial. Also because of issues caused by ourselves the company offered a further £25 off which we are yet to receive.The filter issue was mentioned to staff who said they would look into it but have yet to receive a reply.After all these issues i have to say i am delighted with the purifier and it does what it says on the tin.

Amazing, I left the filter running all night in the bedroom and wow the next morning I woke up feeling great. Breathing filter clean air has really been a life-changer.

We have had 2 units for 18months, and puchased a 3rd 6months ago. We have been very pleased with the way they work. They were chosen as the science behind the air purification is spot on with HEPA filtration and UV light, and gives us all reassurance that we are working in a clean environment.

Replacement of the filters has also been very straightforward.

We have been most impressed with every element of our relationship with Medicair.Ordering the unit was simple and delivery within two days was just great.We have been delighted the performance of the unit which is almost silent when in use and although we have only had it for a short time I am sure it will be beneficial in maintaining air quality in our home.
