Seriously regret not buying one sooner
Seriously regret not buying one sooner. Does the job like nothing else I've seen, can be heard when it's at maximum but once it cleans all the air in the room it becomes virtually silent. Had it few weeks and anyone who comes in comments on the air as soon as they walking in. I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't like to waste money. This is proper stuff.

Medicair is amazing.
Medicair is amazing..I am someone who had an allergies test done and I am allergic to dust mites..this was recommended to me by my GP and I am so happy with it. I can breath and I wake up without an itchy eyes an nose. I slept like a baby when I started getting used to it. At first the blue light bothered me. Because I like to sleep when the room is dark..but its growing on me. The main thing it is helping with my allergies and my breathing. I highly recommend this product to any one who have allergies problems.

Fantastic Air Purifiers
Ordering process was easy. The air purifiers arrived on time. I had requested that the units be stored in my back porch as I was not at home.
I was pleasantly surprised that the customer service agent called me and asked me if I got the units safe. I confirmed in affirmative. The agent very nicely described the features to me and gave me some suggestions on how to get the best out of the units.
I have now used it for a couple of weeks and see a significant difference in the home air quality.

Amazing product and gold star customer service
This is the second Medicair mini pro that we’ve purchased and am thrilled with it again. We have had mould issues in one house and allergies with a very furry cat in my dad’s house. These have been a god send - you can feel the difference in the air quality almost immediately. I used to wake up with a blocked nose and headaches but since using the Medicair pro mini I don’t have suffer at all. My dads allergies have also subsided significantly.
I also want to say that I haven’t received such excellent customer service in a long time - Steve answered all my questions and followed up by messaging and calling to make sure all was ok as I had previously had questions on the newer model and the way it functioned. Wasn’t rushed and Steve took the time out (even at the weekend) to explain everything to ensure I was using it to get the maximum benefit.
Overall very pleased.

Money well spend
I must say this is the best piece of technology i got for my house hands down , you can tell the quality of air changeing from the moment you plug it in , i could personaly fill the differnce when the air purifier indicator turned green , also it gives me piece of mind that i can let it work while i sleep with the sleep mode , i would recomend it honestly , and i am also planing on buying two more for my other rooms ,if there is something i would spend money on ,that is my health.Also i must mention the support you get is impecable ,i personaly had the pleasure to talk to a lad called Steve who helped me out with everything i needed , from questions about the product to going out of his way to make sure delivery is spot on ,very very good customer service ,thank you Steve and to the rest of the team working there .

I can’t thank MedicAir enough for their incredible support and generosity. I originally pre-ordered the MedicAir Mini, but due to unforeseen delays, I needed an air purifier urgently to address legal issues with a neighbor who was complaining about odors. As a medicinal cannabis patient, these complaints could have escalated into serious legal trouble for me.
The team at MedicAir, especially Steve, went above and beyond to help. They offered me an upgrade to the MedicAir Pro for just £100 more, but when they learned about my circumstances, they provided me the Pro and the Pro Mini for the price of the Mini (£500).
Their empathy and willingness to step in during a critical time truly saved me a lot of trouble and stress.
The MedicAir Pro has been a game-changer.
It’s incredibly effective at eliminating odors and fumes, even in challenging situations, and it works fast. Since using it, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my overall well-being:

Very pleased with the air purifiers
Very pleased with the air purifiers. Very Quite ,light weight , easy to use/move around as on wheels.All functions are straightforward. The speed of air purifier increases with the increase in aerosol generating procedure in a dental surgery. Staff are very pleased.

Customer service was great and great product
Customer service was great. Answered all my questions before I purchased it. Very elegant product and it is amazing to watch it working. Dealing with mold was my main reason for purchase. Feeling hopeful and grateful for creating such a great product. Very pleased with my medic air mini.

Absolutely brilliant air purifier; went for this after a good deal of market research from 2020-2021
I've had a MedicAir 1.0 since the 23rd of November 2021, with a replacement of its filter once since then, and it has absolutely benefitted my life as an ideal tool I had been looking for ever since I first spoke over the phone to a member called Alex from their team in autumn 2020, a year prior to getting it. I had been researching from that point onwards a super-efficient air purification device out there unbeknownst to me (for environmental health hazards/potential carcinogens in my indoor air), or any possibly stronger/better ones than more commonplace/mainstream devices like Dyson's Hot + Cool. I am super pleased to have come across this company a long time ago as a go-to for such devices with this objective. My 1.0 complements my sleep with foam ear plugs and a sleeping mask. Having it massively assures me of it capturing any random/unexpected new contaminants or pollutants I wouldn't detect if sleeping. I'd used portable electric heaters in my house for a while due to lacking central heating/radiators for some time, and at one point one of them actually partially burst/started to release sparks and smoke, and it was right in front of me, as was coincidentally and luckily my 1.0 a bit further in front of me in early 2023. It was on Low mode rather than the ReAKT mode in this moment (it's better to use it in that mode to combat sudden changes), but I was able to quickly bring it to the max setting; the measure/figure for indoor pollutants on the device rapidly went to c. 115 even from about 2 metres away. On Max mode ASAP after this happened, the measure brought the room this happened in down to less than 015-ish in about only 2-3 minutes at most. It has aided my sleep quality too, and it clearly is a very effective device, hence its use within clinical settings (as with the DentAir orientation the device used to have). It is plainly like (or it, literally, is) a trusted clinical-grade air purifier available too for individuals, so I would extremely strongly recommend the MedicAir with its set-up and technology/mechanisms and its statistics as the most effective single air purifier. It does a more assuring job of improving indoor air quality than the vast majority of purifiers, especially I would say ones typically originating from the USA, clearly. Its full-metal construction is a great plus also I think taken for granted. Aftercare and long-term support are also present and great. I've also taken it with me into three student accommodation rooms across my time of having it, carried in my mother's car, and it again has helped a lot with making me aware of issues which came up (e.g. it confirmed there was a draft and probable dampness problem in an old Victorian building in Bloomsbury I was in for student accommodation, and I had the impetus to leave it and look for a different place due to various issues with it including this insight I'd have been less confident/insistent about without my 1.0). My interest in the company and the device remains as it was 3-4 years ago, and I'm super pleased about this more efficient/optimal, bang-for-your-buck choice of air purifier if I am at all going to have/invest in indoor air quality improvements (I have ambitions/hopes related to health optimisation/improvement/keeping up my health over time). It has been pretty close to me for a long time, basically.

An encounter with an Expert...
I called Medicair with a list of questions regarding the Mini Pro unit. I was put in touch with a delightful representative called Steve. He was very helpful and able to answer my questions with ease. Steves knowledge of the companies products is very strong and I was happy to have him assist with my queries. Keep doing what your doing Steve as its Pure excellence and your a credit to the Business. We purchased the unit with a prompt delivery, build quality is superb and the atmosphere in our Sons room feels a lot cleaner and pleasant. Thankyou Steve and thankyou Medicair, top job!
