Cannot say enough about Joe and his team at Mechanics, they are simply the best.
The depth of their knowledge and customer care constantly makes you feel comfortable.
Each step of the way they are checking in and looking out for you while making it feel so seem-less, even when speed bumps occur, they take them in stride and overcome them all.
Whenever I had a question, someone was always available to speak and put me at ease. It was very refreshing dealing with a company like Mechanics that cares just as much as you do. Which is very hard to find now a days.
Would recommend them 10/10 times and look forward to doing business with Mechanics again.

The Bridgewater team is great, they provide exceptional service and go well above and beyond to help with any questions or problems I run into.

I’ve been a Mechanic’s bank customer for nearly 20 years. The personal service that I’ve received from the managers and tellers at all branches has been second to none. Whether it’s a phone call for account security protection or simply following up with any questions or concerns, they have always been there. I frequent the Bridgewater location most often. The staff at that branch has been excellent.

I like that most of the staff gets to know you as a person, unlike the big banks. I value my business relationship with Anthony Medieros, who is always there when I need him.

My business regularly works with Anthony in the Commercial Lending Department. He is extremely responsive, helpful, organized, and detail oriented. I could ask nothing more from him, and his level of service is an ideal representation for the bank.

In a time where we are being driven out of personal experiences, this Bank strives to know its customers. It is a pleasure to walk in or drive up and have someone greet me by name. Not just the tellers either. I came to this bank because 1 man Lawrence, helped me on the day I closed on my house. A total stranger mind you. I pulled all of my accounts from the bank who wouldn’t help me and put them with this bank, and never regretted it. Top to bottom this is an institution filled with good people who really do strive to make a difference.
