Coleen and the rest of Fall River Branch are unbelievable !!
Mechanics has the best Employees . They are always there to assist whether its personal or my place of Employment which has been Banking there for even Longer !!
So i will just say we would not be banking any other Bank !

Courteous and knowledgeable staff, especially Cheryl and Lorrie at the Somerset branch, but central management is a little timid when it comes to offering competitive savings rates—you have to bargain with them.

I was locked out of my account and I needed to open up a savings account I went in and the women that helped me was great she made my experience a good one she answered my questions and was very pilot and I appreciated that. Overall her pleasant attitude towards me and my mother made this a 10/10 experience.
