Andy the engineer that came out to our two sites today was excellent. Was right on time and just got on with the work that was needed.
We had a very unhappy Autoclave at our Westbourne Site and Andy worked really hard sorting out the multiple problems.
He worked tidily, was very respectful and certainly very knowledgeable.

Regular and honest communication from Anthony made the purchase of our MOCOM Autoclave seamless. The engineers who delivered it also helped my staff take some filing cabinets upstairs. I have dealt with DD for many years at a previous practice and they have always been caring and helpful.

Working as a dental decontamination technician for a very busy NHS trust, we need a speedy turnout of equipment for our clinics. Dental Decontamination has been exceptional in their standards, knowledge of their equipment and their incredible service from start to finish. Nigel and Austin attended our site to install the DDL3 RO unit and the B17 Futura autoclave. They have been working beautifully ever since they were installed. Our RO water pressure has increased which saves us so much time when starting up our autoclaves in the morning. We are extremely impressed with the quality of the B17 Futura and its 20 minute cycles! Again being a busy clinic, this saves us so much time and allows us to be more proactive. Would highly recommend Nigel and his team and we are pleased to say more autoclaves are on order.

The dental decontamination team are all amazing ! we can not thank them enough for the professional ( yet super friendly approach ) - As a private dental practice - its so important that we work with the best possible engineers- to ensure we have smooth running clinics - they are always on hand for advice over the phone to try and find quick solutions to any issues we may have , it not possible they come out to us in a timely manner ! - we can not recommend them enough - they also provide all the required regulatory paper work and maintenance advice for our units .
Great value for money on servicing and on purchasing new equipment - providing payment options also- they really should be everyone's go to-
