I have been into mcguirks in howth twice in the last few weeks. The staff are the most unhelpful, unfriendly and completely rude. The first time I was there I had my two kids and we were followed around like potential criminals. The next time I had to exchange a top, the lady who served me was the rudest person I have ever met in a customer service role. I will make it my mission to ensure that everyone in the local area hears about my experience with Mcguirks. Very disappointing.

Haven't played golf in 20 years so I needed to get a new pair of shoes. I ordered a pair to suit but there was a slight problem, the stock count was incorrect. I got a call from a lovely girl from your online team and she explained the issue. She offered a different pair and delivered the next day. The strength of a company is when there is a problem it's how it is sorted out, and they did a great job. In this day and age of constant delays, shipping costs, Brexit and Covid, Mc Guirks did a super job.

First time purchasing from McGuirks online store. The item I purchased was delivered within two days. I noticed an issue with the item so I got in touch with the sales team. Adam was extremely helpful and resolved my issues by couriering out a replacement item to my home the next day. Overall great customer service and I would definitely purchase from the online store again.

Ordered a bag online but it never arrived. I chased and chased but they just ignored me. Eventually had to report it to PayPal and received a full refund.
Don’t make the same mistake I made, avoid.

Dealt with a lady by the name of Sinéad in the tennis section of McGuirks golf Kinsale road Cork. Ireland. Excellent member of staff. Very attentive to my needs and gave authoritative good advice and some tips. Highly recommend her. They have a huge golf section. If you couldn't get want you want, I can't see you getting anywhere else. Clothes, accessories, golf bags, etc — for both genders. Nice calm atmosphere in there. Not bad at all for prices and a huge price range. It depends on what you want — some items like drivers can be steep or very expensive, but again, it depends on what you want. The price range is extensive. I bought top of the range tennis shoes reasonably. The is a place set aside in the shop if you want to try out a putter. Price range one again is extensive.

The assistance I received from their Limerick outlet was second to none. Nigel was extremely helpful as were the other staff.
After ordering the new custom fit clubs, they were at my door within 48 hours.
Very impressive.

Placed my order 4 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. Have sent 7 emails to customer service and have only received one reply. Absolutely shocking customer service.

In the last 6 months, I have placed 2 online orders. In each case, I received a phone call days later informing me that the items were “out of stock”. This is despite the fact, they were online to be purchased, money was paid and the order was confirmed. It is quite clear that their online system is not fit for purpose. I have emailed the relevant customer service section provided on their website and have got no response.

Placed an order 12/05/2021,money taken 15/05/2021 and still waiting.Have emailed 4 times,rang the shop twice and still nothing .Will not be dealing with this online company again.Very poor service

Online customer service is non existent. Not once has a online order gone smoothly and ever time it takes weeks to resolve. Very surprising in this day and age.

Really awful, non existent customer service from the online team. Husband had an issue with his purchase online and emailed 4 times over 4 days to the customer service team and no reply. Rang the shop, they didn't want to know as it was an online query. Be careful when buying online with them.

I order a custom product on the 20.04.21 i still have not received it, i have contacted the warehouse several times waiting on a update which i also never got and also have emailed customer service, nobody seems to be able to tell me when i will get my order, the excuse that was used on the 18.05.21 was brexit this was the first time i heard about this. Really would not recommend this company for there online service as they do not stand by the promise of delivery.

Sorry to offer a disappointing one star but its for this reason.

Placed and paid for an online order on the 18th May (Sunderland Gilet) to ship to the UK (was happy to pay the 15E fee).

Had no correspondance or shipping notice (online they quote a 2/3 day ship time) but had to chase up on the 21 + 22 May via email and then Facebook Messenger for an update. Still no communication and then out of the blue on the 24th May I get an email from Adam saying the item is now out of stock.

McGuirks in my one and only experience aren't very good at keeping an eye on there stock nor communicating. My concern now is how long it will take for my £65 to be refunded.

Shame.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a ex demo Taylor Made driver on the Masters Weekend Sale, one of many purchases made to support McGuirks during the lockdown. It arrived on time, I questioned the packaging or lack of it for such an expensive item, no response. Also a first for me a €300 euro club and no head over. Why ?we don’t get them with demo clubs! It’s an answer but not the one a loyal customer expected. We live and learn. BUYER BEWARE there was no small print, the customer should have known.

Great service from McGuirks, customer service team very quick to respond and are on the ball!

Ordered new clubs and trolly.
Arrived in great time, well packaged and was at a great price.
Definitely would recommend.
Now if only the golf courses would open back up!

Honestly cannot fault the service from McGuirks. Every order I have placed has arrived on time with the correct items. Have used on many occasions and will continue to do so!

Very happy with their online shop, items as described and delivered on time. Would much rather visit their shop physically, but their online shop is fine for now.

Made an order for 4 items. One of the items wasn't available so they had to order it in (fair enough) but they didn't send the rest of the items to me. So into the 3rd week now and still haven't received my order after spending just under a grand this customer service is shocking.

Great service, I would prefer to go into the shop but was happy with the online service and delivery.
