Mayfair Aesthetics Laser & Skin Clinic Recensioni 

I have been stalked by someone working at this clinic as I have try to book their clinic and got a cancellation on the day of my appointment and rate the clinic as per the poor customer service. I have received laser treatments for years and never heard that this cause or worse vitiligo. I clearly won't change my mind and I keep receiving emails from someone called Matthew still trying to make a point with me. Unbelievable

I have nothing to say but amazing things. I have results from just my first session! They’re so accommodating and lovely. Would 100% recommend. I have tan skin and thick hair but they are so patient. Love the entire team!

A year of amazing results and care!

I’ve been coming here for laser treatment for over a year now, including regular top-ups, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My skin has improved so much — smoother, clearer, and virtually hair-free! The staff are absolutely lovely — always warm, professional, and so knowledgeable. They really make you feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. The clinic is spotless, relaxing, and very well run. I truly trust them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone considering laser treatment — it’s been a game changer for me!

Excellent customer service for both my patch test and the treatment with Iwona. Professional and a relaxing manner so the time went fast. Offered great advice and made the treatment pleasant.

My experience with laser for hollywood was great. Patch test with Edna was fab, explained everything in good detail and really reassured me about the process. I then had my actual laser session with Diana who was wonderful. The laser process was actually very tolerable and I immediately booked in my next session! Thank you!

My experience at Mayfair aesthetic in angel was great. I was with a Lithuanian lady and she explained everything about laser to me to help me understand. I did a patch test and she made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend her xx

My experience at Mayfair Aesthetics couldn’t be better, their customer service it is excellent, and the expertise of the technicians is beyond fantastic. They explain everything to you extremely well and they are very thorough about testing before treatments and what to do and not to do before and after. You can see that the machine and equipment it’s extremely modern, million times better than other fancy clinics. I would always recommend Mayfair Aesthetics as everything about them it is faultless.

I have been using the Angel studio for a few years now for laser. Done my legs, pits and bikini and cannot be any happier. Excellent therapists, great clean conditions, overall great experience.

Considering micro-needling now ..

Went to Mayfair for facial hair removal. Did 6 sessions and hair on my chin disappeared! Now thinking about going for arm hair removal as I am so happy witj the results so far. They are very detailed.

Had 5 sessions of laser here. Therapists are fine, however very corporate money minded company with extremely poor customer service. Was constantly pressured to book my next appointments and pay full in advance even though being a carer of a disabled child meant my circumstances were rather uncertain. Having said that, I did do so. On the occasion that my child had an accident on the day of my appointment, after notifying Mayfair, they were very cold and rigid and uncompromising, after explaining and practically begging over the phone three times and then was advised to send an email, where they changed my appointment but continued to hassle me to book and pay in advance. Furthermore, on several occasions prior to starting my appointment (which I had already paid for in advance) I would be cornered into paying in full for the full next body appointment as if it was obligatory and had to continually explain why I wasn’t ready to pay for the next full body appointment on the day of my current full body appointment (which hadn’t taken place yet), extremely shocking, stressful and insincere approach, feeling very overwhelmed going into my appointment. Highly don’t recommend companies driven by corporate greed as opposed to customer service.22/01/2025 update, manager called about my ‘complaining’ was very invalidating of my experience and made many attempts to go invalidate what is my ‘review’ as opposed to a complaint, and entire experience, this is my only one star review, I found the ordeal purposefully triggering, he then claimed that I was being very angry at him, painting me as an emotional and angry woman, as opposed to a mother who had to prioritise a corporate company over the needs of my disabled child and trying over and over to establish boundaries as my circumstances would not allow me to book in advance. Attempts to reach out did not come from a good place, including gaslighting my experience and strong negative language used against me (shown on their Google response) harmful, insensitive and dehumanising language especially as a woman of colour because of sharing my experience, again shows how their corporate attitude is a priority over their clients.

Called up to ask to speak to a the laser specialist before having to come into the location and the woman immediately refused. I asked if they could call me back when they are free and she still was adament the laser clinician could not give me a call after she suggested a £1.5k package. I told her I'm not coming into Mayfair without speaking to the clinician, she said its not in Mayfair, I said its irrelevant because I need to leave my house in order to get the information I want before making a decision to visit the site. She said I was being rude and hung up on my face. There are much more professional and better value for money options than these people, bizarre. Do not recommend
