I have been seeing Elena at Skin Logic for various treatments since May 2025. I have only wonderful things to say about her. She's a true professional. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone considering having treatments.

I had an Oxygen Facial with Helen. It was a lovely facial with an amazing facial massage at the end. Felt like I was floating on a cloud. Would definitely recommend Helen to my friends.

Before finding Skin Logic, I did a lot of research to find the safest form of laser technology. For reference I am a deep brown colour with black hair. Skin logic uses diode laser, which is safer than other lasers.

My technicians were Roxanne and Elena, both of who were very friend and made me feel comfortable.

The laser showed gradual progress due to my skin colour and hair type, I unfortunately burned a few times, but I’ve seen a difference after 9 session. The hair has reduced by 65%. I am looking to book more sessions, but overall I am pleased as I had strawberry skin and this made the appearance less.

I recently had a lip filler appointment with the incredibly talented Elena, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with my results! I had 0.5 ml of Juvéderm, and the outcome is exactly what I was hoping for, my lips look lifted and much more symmetrical while still maintaining a very natural look.

Elena truly has an eye for detail and a gentle touch, which makes the whole experience so comfortable and reassuring, I felt no pain during the experience. I only trust her with injections , and she never disappoints. Highly recommend her! ☺️

*COSMELAN PEEL* After a lot of research, I chose to have the cosmelan peel at Skin Logic Aesthetics for pigmentation concerns! This treatment has honestly been life changing for me and my pigmentation has 99% gone! I cannot reccomend this treatment enough, thankyou Elena!

Response to Elena’s Public Statement:

I must correct several serious misrepresentations in your response:

1. Refund Request & Consent Form

Yes, I requested a refund not as pressure, but because I’ve been left with long-term visible damage. A signed consent form does not excuse negligent results. UK law protects clients from malpractice, regardless of policy disclaimers.

2. “Multiple Reviews”

This is not about repetition ,it’s about unresolved harm. I’ve updated my review to reflect developments. The photos I posted are real, chronological, and unedited. They clearly show the imbalance caused by overfilling the cheeks and neglecting other areas I specifically requested.

3. Treatment Plan and Refusal

You say I only asked for cheeks and nasolabial folds, but your own email contradicts that. You wrote that I referenced temples, cheeks, and smile lines, based on prior specialist advice. You refused to inject my temples unless I paid for 2ml more pushing the total to 5ml. That’s not guidance; that’s a clear upsell.

4. Pressure and Deposit Threat

When I expressed concerns and asked to think about it, you told me I’d lose my deposit if I didn’t proceed immediately. That’s coercive and unprofessional especially when someone is unsure about a facial procedure.

5. Lasting Damage & Medical Evidence

You keep claiming the results were “subtle” and “natural.” If that’s true, why did you offer free RF treatments to support my “emotional wellbeing”? A doctor has since diagnosed FIBROSIS due to poor filler technique , a condition now evolving over time. Who is going to pay for corrective treatment? This isn’t a matter of taste , it’s a result of clear malpractice.

6. Photos “Not Representing Your Work”

You can’t take credit for a procedure and then disown the results. The photos show the consequences of your treatment. If you’re ashamed of them, that says everything.

7. Timing of Complaint

You also claim I waited 10 months to complain. This is false and contradicts your own words. You previously wrote that you offered me complimentary RF treatments to support my emotional wellbeing , and that offer came only after I raised concerns about the result. So clearly, you were aware of my dissatisfaction early on, and you acknowledged it through that offer. To now pretend the issue only arose months later is not only misleading ,it’s dishonest.

9. Refusal to Communicate Privately

I tried to resolve this through email respectfully and privately. You chose to ignore my messages and only respond when I spoke publicly. That is exactly why I’m continuing to do so.

10. Legal Threats

You end by threatening legal action again and mention publishing my medical photos. That’s deeply unethical and intimidating. I have every right to speak out and warn others about my experience, especially when backed by medical opinion and evidence.

Final Word:
I trusted you with my face. What I got was lasting damage, emotional distress, and zero accountability. I’m not here for drama I’m here because I’m still living with the consequences of your work 10 months later. That is not aesthetic preference that is negligence. Clients deserve better, and I will continue to speak the truth.

I've been doing laser shaving treatments here for quite some time and I just want to say that Elena has always made me feel completely at ease. She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. The session was comfortable and I've noticed smoother skin and little to no regrowth after going to regular sessions. Highly recommend it, you're in excellent hands with Elena!

I had Botox treatments at this clinic on two separate occasions, specifically to treat forehead lines. Unfortunately, both times the results left my forehead looking asymmetrical. I raised this concern with the therapist after the first session, and despite undergoing a second treatment, the outcome remained the same.

Additionally, during a consultation where I expressed interest in thread lifting to address mild skin laxity, I found the therapist’s approach to be lacking in professionalism and empathy. I was told that due to my “saggy” skin, threads might not work for me
(completely no sense as I did this treatment before and it helped to lift my skin, this is what it’s supposed to do)
I believe this could have been communicated with greater sensitivity and care.

Overall, I did not feel listened to or supported during my experience, and I’m disappointed with both the treatment results and the level of professionalism shown.
