Goods not received, support unresponsive
Bought something through the website on February 5th 2026 with a 3-10 days delivery time. Now, March 5th, I do not have my purchase delivered, support stopped replying to emails a few days back and the telephone to reach them does not work. Timeline:
- Goods purchased via website on the 5th of February
- Email sent to support on the 19th of February since no updates for 14 days, even though there was a tracking number with Postnord. Support replies on the same day, the 19th, saying that the order is on its way.
- 24th of February the status was the same, and no goods were delivered, so another email sent to support. They reply on the same day, saying that they are reaching out to Postnord to see what happened.
- 26th of February another email sent to support. They reply on the 27th of February saying that Postnord cannot find the package: "Postnord has now informed us that they were unfortunately unable to locate your package and have forwarded the case to their claims department for further investigation. We'll get back to you once we have some news".
- 3rd of March I send another email to support - this time no replies.
- 5th of March, today, I attempt to reach them over the phone, which cannot be connected.
I have opened a card claim to have the amount refunded to me.
Update: 30 days later I got my order delivered. Not much help from support from the moment I mentioned I wanted a refund.
