Easy on line ordering. Follow up call from Company to arrange delivery. Follow up call thereafter to check incase of delivery issue. No issues. Fast and efficient service. Polite, friendly staff. Delighted with the matress we bought.

Poor experience
Poor experience
My wife is disabled and I have very recently had a heart attack so the delivery aspects of this companies service was very important to us - they performed to the letter of their website description but not to the spirit of the conversation i had with staff when trying to clarify our needs which we were assured would be met.
Mattresses were left standing in doorways and not unpacked which presented big challenges for us
If we had been in our 50's and fit and well none of this would have mattered hence my overall comment that the "experience" was poor.

A member of our team did discuss that external couriers unfortunately do not provide unpacking services or take away packaging of new mattresses. We understand this isn’t ideal and can create extra difficulty, and we genuinely regret any frustration this caused.

Helpful staff who answer the phone
Helpful staff who answer the phone. Good guarantee, fair price. Excellently packaged.
Delivery men rang 30 minutes before. The only gripe was delivery said they couldn’t take it upstairs as there was not much room. They did in the end with no issues.
Haven’t slept on it yet, but feels firmer than a medium. Fingers crossed it is comfortable.

Outstanding service
Ordered online and received a call within 30 mins as the system somehow auto booked a delivery date for a date that had already passed 🤷♂️.
Needless to say was asked when I'd like it delivered and was thanked for placing my order with them.
Just over a week and was delivered when stated. Full real time tracking on the day and a call 30 min prior to arrival. The delivery guys were polite and well mannered. All for the cheapest price Inc delivery I could find!! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

Mattresses 365 Customer Services were amazingly helpful.
Unfortunately the supplier’s courier (DX) we’re, on this occasion, terrible. Communication/tracking was hopeless (advised between 0800 to 2000hrs). I was in all day, regularly checking on tracking updates - nothing. Finally at 1950 hrs there was a message saying that I had signed for delivery at 1000hrs. Untrue.
Mattresses365 were very understanding and polite. No quibble. They quickly arranged for a replacement to be delivered, which was prompt, and took up the courier issue with the suppliers. Very pleased.

Genuine top quality item
I had previously ordered a mattress from a different supplier which they claimed to be a deep silk mattress . Unfortunately it wasn’t so I sent that back to the previous supplier and started looking again . As you can imagine I was very sceptical of what and who were claiming to be true suppliers . I came across Mattress 365 and gave them a call . I spoke to a lovely lady called Sue who assured me that they supply genuine Deep sleep mattresses . I placed the order and arranged for delivery 2 days later . Sue said to me this will come direct from Deepsleep themselves and that if I didn’t hear from them to give her a call back . I received my email confirmation and called Sue to tell her I had received it . She said if you don’t get a call in the morning of the delivery to call her and she will chase it . I did receive a courtesy text the night before giving me a two hour window and I also got a call from the driver 30 mins before they arrived. The mattress is a genuine Deep sleep mattress ( I know this as it’s labelled and is exactly like the ones my grandsons have at home) and was double wrapped and beautifully made . I’m super happy with the product and even more so with the fantastic customer service I received from Mattresses365

You get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for and this mattress is not great. I bought it as I needed a soft mattress. It’s not particularly soft and the springs are noisy.
On the plus side delivery was prompt and the mattress was well wrapped.

Disappointing after service
Initial communication was good. Asked for advice about delivery and was informed that the courier would give 30-60mins notice so decided to place order as cheaper than local delivery. However, when placing my order, i specified that I could only be available between 8am and 2pm. I took time off work and tracked the order. Frustratingly for an hour the van was in my area when I was at home. I was away from my phone for 30mins, after 3pm, only to be informed that I had missed delivery. The delivery company denied knowledge of the 2pm deadline. Don't know who to believe...my advice, support your local company or be faced with a £75 redelivery charge! Waste of my time!

We’d like to clarify that while we do our best to accommodate delivery preferences, any specific delivery time requests (such as availability between 8am and 2pm) must be communicated directly to us, as couriers are not permitted to follow customer notes alone. If this information had been relayed to our team directly, we could have liaised with the courier on your behalf to try and accommodate the request, although it's important to note that specific time slots are not guaranteed and are always subject to the courier's route planning.
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer not being at the address, we have to apply a re-delivery fee, which unfortunately is the customer's responsibility.
We do appreciate you choosing to shop with us and will continue to work hard on improving the delivery experience where possible. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
