Excellent service and communication
Excellent service, fast delivery. Arrived exactly when you said. Mattress is perfect. The men took the mattress upstairs for me. Very impressed. If I was going to bit pick the delivery men didn't come across very friendly or even smile and hardly said one word, but no doubt they were on a busy schedule and again their service was excellent.

The mattress is very good this is our second purchase. I have back pain usuly if I dont sleep on a medium firm mattress butt on this one I sleep like a baby . I ordered a kingsize as we changed from medium size bed to a kingsize.

We tried the mattress in a shop then looked on the site online and found the mattress £70 cheaper 😀 the mattress is very comfortable but only time will tell how long it will last, we ordered the mattress to come on a specific day but it came a day earlier (that was nearly a problem) overall we are very pleased 😁

I expressed my disappointment and she went out of her way to provide me with an alternative mattress that would suit my needs. Very easy to deal with in our experience. Cheaper than the high street (we did try our local shops first).
Delivered quicker than anybody else could. Communication exceptional. Delivery team - efficient and courteous.

Brilliant Service...
Ordered an expensive Sleepeezee super king size mattress on 09.08.24. I had done my research into the mattress and the company. Mattresses365 is owned by a very reputable bed company called Linthorpe Beds so this review covers both businesses. The price, inc free delivery and free disposal of the old mattress, was at least £100 better then anywhere else and up to £300 better than some.
The mattress arrived within 2 weeks as scheduled but, on inspection, had a hump at one end. I thought maybe it would flatten out on settling but, to be on the safe side, I emailed Mattresses 365 with some pics as evidence that it was like this on arrival. It was the Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend, but they acknowledged the email and said they’d get back to me the following week, They did exactly that and said that Sleepeezee had advised them that they would replace the mattress. They kept me updated, by phone, over the next couple of weeks and arranged that their own team would deliver the new mattress and take away the first one. They did so on 18.9.24 and the mattress is perfect.
I have no idea what caused the problem with the first mattress but sometimes these things happen. The more important thing is how the company(s) respond when things do go wrong. I can say that Mattresses 365, Linthorpe Beds and Sleepeezee gave me exceptional service and I would recommend them every day of the week.
