Product arrived in great timing. Unfortunately the pieces are not well made and don’t fit together. Contacted them via email but not received a reply.

Great service, fast delivery and the mattress arrived rolled up. Very easy to use website, sensible prices and a great selection too. We visited a shop in our local town, the matresses were between £800 to £2.5k!! I would definitely buy from Matresses 365 again.

Good price, efficient service
Very straightforward to order the mattress we wanted (deepsleep silk 1000), and to specify a delivery date. As stated, we got a two hour window the night before and a call 30 mins before delivery. The guys put the new mattress where we wanted it and removed the old one, all within 10 - 15 mins. We haven't had long enough to fully comment on the mattress, but it is very comfortable at the stage. Would use mattresses365 again, and would recommend.

The drivers were kind and helpful, and ensured to call when they were close by.

Brilliant Service, even when the DHL courier let them and me down, Craig at Mattresses 365 took ownership and updated me every step of the way. Contacting DHL on my behalf and ensuring a quick delivery. The Quality of the mattress is fabulous so far. I purchased online but apparently all the staff have the Baker & Wells Memory Touch Mattress too. Good value for money and excellent customer service from Craig. Thank you

Very good service and very competitive…
Very good service and very competitive price for top quality products, delivery was straightforward and professional, however specific delivery notification slot was not received until 22.20 the previous evening (and not me, but I'm sure some people would be in bed by then) and the generic delivery slot given is 08.00-20.00, a bit early if they're taking your old bed away:-) Otherwise would have been 5 Stars.
