2. Erfahrung war jetzt nicht so gut

Also, ich habe am 30.08.2025 Haarfarbe bei Mattie bestellt und ich warte bis heute auf meine Haarfarbe. Der Kundenservice ist der reinste Witz und mein Geld hab ich immer noch nicht zurück bekommen. Ich habe auch schon eher mal bestellt unzwar am 05.05.2025 und da ist Haarfarbe angekommen bei mir. Den einen Stern gibt es weil die Farbe so gut riecht und sie eigentlich echt gut ist.

Zufrieden

Ich habe vor einiger Zeit Farbe von Mattie bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig. Zahlung unkompliziert.

Die Farbe war kräftig und langlebig.
Einfach in der Anwendung.
Angenehmer Geruch.
Sehr hautfreundlich.
Wenig ausbluten.

Rund um eine sehr schöne, angenehme Farbe.

Ich nutze Mattie sehr gerne

Ich nutze Mattie sehr gerne. Die Anwendung geht kinderleicht. Die Farben kommen bei mir sehr gut raus. Mein Haar ist immer noch gesund, was mir sehr wichtig ist. Meine liebste Farbe ist Lila.
Was ich etwas schade finde, ist das ein nicht ganz kleiner Rest in der Pumpflasche zurück bleibt. Hier schneide ich die Flasche jedesmal auf, um an den Rest zu kommen. Nicht ganz einfach.

Funktioniert auf dunklen Haaren nicht

Ich habe dunkle Haare es wird gesagt sie sollten daher nur schimmern in der Farbe, Violett. Leider sieht man nichts davon die grauen Haare wurden auch nicht abgedeckt. Das einzige was ich davon habe ist eine blaue Haut, wo doch mal eine Strähne hingekommen ist und eine verfärbte Wanne vom auswaschen. Ich bin froh das ich sie im Angebot gekauft habe.
