I had a fantastic time today at Gemma’s coffee school. I thought I knew a lot but I was mistaken. Gemma has introduced me to a whole new world of coffee. Thanks Gemma. I’ll be back for round two 😀☕️

Gemma traveled down to Midleton in Cork…
Gemma traveled down to Midleton in Cork to do some coffee training and she fit right in like one of the team. We even got a small bit of a rush and Gemma helped us and started making coffee haha. Gemma was so friendly and no question was off limits. I’ve been dealing with coffee for nearly 10 years and still felt I learnt a lot on the day. We are going to get Gemma back down to us in the New Year for some training again and we’re looking forward to it.

Barista experience
Having being a barista for a number of years I was looking forward to brushing up on my technique. Gemma went into great detail about the milk and what to expect from different milks . Course was very helpful and learned some new tricks.
Gemma and Gosia was very helpful made the course fun. This course is ideal for new and experienced baristas . Highly recommended

Great training
Niall came and spent time with every staff member to make sure they were comfortable using the coffee machine. We’re getting the hang of latte art now thanks!

Simple and Easy training.
The training area is fabulous. The training course is very simple and coherent. I would recommend to anyone willing to learn how to make the different types of coffee and learn about coffee beans.
The person (Gemma) training us was also very lovely.

Gemma was a phenomenal teacher
Gemma was a phenomenal teacher, she made sure to calmly explain things in a very clear and friendly way. Whenever you needed help with the physical part, she showed and guided you through it and helped you master the basic skills. She was very nice and encouraging

Great training experience
