Really pleased with our new car. We saw it advertised on Ebay, clear ad with good photos. I rang with a list of questions that were answered well with no hard sell. Easy to arrange a viewing with the straight forward test drive , Dylan even looked after my dog whilst I took the car out Agreed a sensible part exchange fee and the addition of a tow bar was arranged. I found a car I liked on the Motoplex website. Made the call and asked about the car. My situation was not ideal liviningnin Southampton but instantly felt trusting in this company. Buying a car without seeing it is a risk. But within a week my car was driven to me personally. It was the easiest transaction. I was never rushed or felt pressure. I can only say the service I received was so good I would always go back to these guys when I’m looking as they can find cars not stocked too. But for now very happy with my electric Porsche. Absolutely fantastic, at first when I pulled up I second guessed I was in the correct place as it doesn’t look like your average dealership BUT the amazing selection of cars they were advertising made me realise I was. I dealt with Michael, not only the of the most relatable salesmen I’ve ever met but the only one I’ve met I would go for a pint with. All the lads were great. They answered every question I had on the car and gave me a great deal. I since have had a minor issue with the car (not there fault) and immediately they have rectified no questions asked. I will be a long term customer going forward.

I bought my VW Golf R-Line from Motoplex just over a month ago, and I can’t fault the experience. I originally found the car on Autotrader, and although Motoplex is 3 hours away from my home, this was not a problem for them at all.

Dylan was fantastic, answering all my questions and organising the sale over the phone. Excellent communication through out and at no point did I feel pressured.

Carter delivered the vehicle to my home for a £250 delivery fee, and the car arrived immaculately presented on a trailer. Again, he wasn’t pushy and was happy to answer any questions we had.

I would definitely recommend Motoplex!

I picked up my C43 on 15 Jan. and Mike couldn't have been more helpful, it was a pleasure to do business with him, his staff were also a great help. The car was as described in the auto trader advert and in showroom condition for me to collect. I will be looking for this dealer for my next car, I wish him the best of luck for his future which I'm sure he'll do well.

Saw a Mercedes GLC on there website emailed Christmas eve and they replied Christmas day very helpful and answered all my questions reserved the car for me went up a week later car was ready to go valeted perfect less than 25 minutes I was away very friendly and welcoming I would recommend

We had a great experience from start to finish with Motoplex. We turned up to view a car we’d found online and were test driving it within about 5 mins! The car was great and we put a small deposit down to hold the car, which was fully refundable, whilst we went home to look into insurance etc. We then arranged to buy it the next day. When we went in to buy the car, the whole process was so quick, smooth, yet thorough. We part-exchanged our old car too.
We’ve had the car about a week now and we’re so pleased with the car and had a really great experience. Dylan was great - as were the other guys too (apologies I’m terrible at remembering names!).
