TERRIBLE customer service… mixed bag of psychics
The 7th sense admin & customer service are beyond atrocious, as is by far the worst I’ve ever experience from a so-called reputable company, bearing in mind, I have spent beyond a mini fortune with this company, and the way they treat there customers it’s beyond a JOKE.
I had a problem with attaching my credit card, a basic, rectifiable, basically issue… which has taken soon to be an approaching a YEAR and beyond, even though I have sent numerous occasions and emails with clear information to rectify the issue!
It would appear they are UNABLE to resolve… it’s taken 7th sense over (8 months) to rectify the issue and it still hasn’t been rectified. The team say ‘it’s something head office have to do’ but they don’t have access to head office even though (they work for the same company:) I’ve never heard of such an unprofessional set up in all my life.
You can’t get hold of anyone that can do anything, I can along as use the service more for them given a gold member. I’ve had a better levels of service from a one-man band company being run from their bedroom.
I used the site almost daily as a support network, and in the process spending much and become a gold member, having several months ago, found myself in an unexpected, difficult & suddenly life changing circumstance, that I was struggling to understand & deal with.
7th Sense - My final Words… most of the psychics are amazingly gifted, caring, professional knowledgeable & authentic psychics, however… there are a few hidden sex predictors & scammers on this site too…! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
