I recently tried to get a new watch strap for my diving watch , went to two uk dealers , who never got back in touch , found Masters in Time on line who had my seemingly rare type of strap and it was with me within 4 days , the price was very reasonable too
I would highly recommend this company

Bracelet de montre commandé le 15/12, indiqué comme envoyé le 16/12 avec délai de livraison entre 4 et 6 jour en colissimo. Au 29/12 rien n'a été livré et service client ne répond pas au mail. Alors que j'avais perdu tout espoir de recevoir mon colis, je l'ai trouvé ce jour (4/01/2017) dans ma boite aux lettres. Produit conforme a la commande et bien emballé.
Conclusion : aucun suivi de la part du service client, je ne me risquerais plus à commander chez eux, cependant le produit a finalement été reçu avec un délai de 18 j et est conforme.

I ordered a $800.00 plus dollar watch from these people almost two weeks ago. They gave me a DHL tracking number but when I went to DHL's site there was no information available for a week. So I called DHL only to be told they have never picked up my package and it must have been given to a third party by the shipper. Its now been almost two weeks and the only thing I've gotten out of Masters In Time was they just opened an official research into locating my package or whatever that means. I have ordered things from all over the world and never had this kind of problem. I am not very optimistic this will be resolved to my satisfaction. I'm glad I used PayPal for this purchase. I will wait another week and if I don't get satisfactory shipping details proving the watch has shipped I will contact PayPal for a refund.

My wife's clasp on her Skagen watch was slipping so on this site I found a replacement. They shipped the genuine article, and even included a tool to help remove the old band and put the new one on. The price was kind of high, but it was a real Skagen band.

Ordered the watch i wanted, delivery took a bit but thats normal cause the package came from the netherlands, can't blame the postal services to them, just joping the postal service here in spain will improve a bit :)

Like i said great site, will recommend to friends and fam.

Ordered a watch band from this company 25 days later still no watch band . Contacted someone about and have never heard back from them . This place is a scam . No tracking can be found on the band . Definitely would not recommend you wasting your money with this place .

Commande de mon bracelet-montre reçue dans les temps et conforme , outil fourni pour le montage un peu faible mais il a le mérite d'être fourni.
Si le bracelet s'avère de qualité, alors ce sera parfait avec 5 étoiles.

Site fiable mais zero suivi , aucune personne ne parle francais alors qu'il le propose dans le standard , zero reponse a mes mails et le numero de suivi etait erroné mais j'ai quand meme recu mon bracelet rapidement

Die Produkte werden vom Onlineshop wie ausgeschrieben tastsächlich nach Geldeingang nach 3-4 Tagen versendet bzw. sollten beim Kunden ankommen . Ich finde es schade das dieser Shop so schlechte bewertungen erhält nur weil manche leute anscheinend vergessen haben woran es liegen kann das ihre Bestellung 4-6 Wochen auf sich warten lässt ... Ich sag nur ein wort : ZOLL !!! ... ich warte mindestens bei jeder 2. Bestellung aus dem Ausland unverschämte 6 Wochen auf meine Ware bei egal welchem anbieter und dann kommt sie irgendwann wenn man es schon bereitsy aufgegeben hat mit einem fetten grünen aufkleber drauf wo ZOLL draufsteht ... Eine Frechheit das sie einen nicht einmal mehr benachrichtigen wenn sie eine Sendung über mehrere Wochen oder gar Monate einbehalten obwohl sie sie dann letztendlich doch freigeben da es sich um Zollfreies Gut Handelt ... aber Hauptsache mal wieder ein Paar Steuergelder verschwendet ... >_< In dieses Thema könnte ich noch einiges mehr an Agressionen investieren aber das macht ja leider auch nichts besser daran .

I spent a huge amount of time sending emails and receiving ridiculous answers, unprofessional services, fake phone number, all the ingredients to make a scam site.
simply AVOID THIS SITE.

Ich bin vollstens zufrieden. Meine Anfragen wurden direkt beantwortet, meine Bestellung erhielt ich nach einer Woche. Ich werde hier wieder bestellen.

I didn't receive the item and I didn't have an answer from costumer service.
Still waiting for it to know if I will get a refund or what's gonna happens.
It's been nearly 3 weeks since I bought the item.
Very disappointed!!!

Read the reviews however thought I would give them a try, poor choice on my part. It's been 20 days and just found out nothing has left their warehouse.

I will review again once my parcel arrives.

Ordered a watch said it would be delivered within 48 hours and a week later it arrived .
A week after it was given to my husband for his birthday the watch strap broke .
When contacted masters in time . I got an email telling me watch was under warranty and returne to the manufactures or if I wanted to return to them basically not interested . Very disappointed and would highly recommend NOT using this company

I purchased a $550 watch. It arrived with a leather band that looked like it was assembled by a drunk and cross threaded case screws. I returned it which cost $100 in shipping and asked for a different model. This one arrived with a bend pin holding the metal band. Another $100 to return it.

They claim that was how they received both watches from the manufacturer. I guess they don't bother to inspect anything they purchase for resale. So unless you have money to burn I wouldn't waste your time with this group - if they are still in business.

BTW I did end up getting the second watch from a reliable source it was perfect.

Ordered a Michael Kors watch on 08.03.15 at a 'too good to be true price' compared to other retailers. There were allegedly 2 in stock, and I would receive it in 2/3 days. The watch was apparently sent on 13.03.15. ( they obviously held no stock). The watch never arrived, and after several emails, the company said they would ask the postal service to conduct a search, which could take up to 20 days (ticket 335074). After 30 days I emailed them asking for the watch or a refund. They didn't reply. After more emails which didn't receive a response, I opened a 'dispute' through Paypal. I still didn't receive a response, so opened a 'claim' through Paypal. I then received a refund, with no apology or reason. If I hadn't used Paypal I doubt if I would have received any money back. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a replacement strap for my wife's Skagen watch. They didn't have it listed on their website, so sent an online enquiry. They replied saying they would try and get one. A few weeks later I received an e-mail saying they now had it in stock. Ordered on 25/03 in the evening and it arrived 31/03.

I was a little worried about ordering from a non-UK store, but these concerns were unfounded.

I was really wary of ordering from a company I had never heard of but they were fantastic. I received the product in 5 working days and it was worth every penny. I was able to track my watch at every stage which was superb. I am really pleased with the service I received. Thank you and I would definitely order again. My order number was 3327794.
