I ordered a hard to find titanium bracelet/band, and then read some negative reviews, I waited a couple of weeks because i had ordered just before Christmas.
I heard nothing and the tracking number failed to track. I thought the worst.
But I sent an email and had an immediate reply promising to investigate and then a near immediate second email telling me when the parcel had left the Netherlands for Australia and then the next day it was delivered.
This is a good company and i am very happy with their service and delivery of genuine product.

Wow, I didn't realize how many awful reviews there were about not receiving orders. I ordered a Diesel denim replacement strap for Stronghold DZ4345. It shipped Jan. 2nd and I received it Jan. 17th so it didn't exactly arrive within the stated 7 to 9 business days, but I am satisfied with the product which appears genuine just like my original strap. If it's a knockoff, it's exactly like my original.

After searching for reviews on this website I was very sceptical as it seemed many customers either didn't receive their orders or had bad experiences with customer service. Its probably a hit and miss. I ordered two straps and was very satisfied with the price. Delivery was also free and arrived via DHL one day before the estimated arrival date. It's probably a good idea to pay via PayPal so you can dispute the case should your order not arrive, but if you're on the fence about ordering I'd say go ahead and give it a try.

Worst experience in an online purchase ever. I ordered a watch 21/10 and a month is over when the website Clearly said maximum delivery time being 10 days and it’s still not delivered. In contacting the seller they just want you to wait more and I paid $50 for the delivery only. Never ever will I recommend this website.

I have not received my watch band and tool to change the band.

Very poor - I made payment for a watch 6/11 and after repeated emails and stock standard replies of "your response is noted" or it is "in transit" without specifying exactly where that is, I still dont have a watch.
This is truly the worst experience I have encountered with online purchases - as they say "buyer beware" - because odds are you'll pay for a watch that you wont get to ware (sic)

I ordered i Fossil band and after a month just postmans arrives that i need to sign a paper without any package,i signed that i did not collect any package.When you send them a e mail they just send you that support ticket is opened,on first mail they send me tracking number and on every other mail they do not respond.

I ordered a replacement watch band from Masters in Time as it was the only place I could find the necessary repacement band. I was a little sceptical but as I really like this pArticular watch, I thought I would order it anyway.

The band arrived quickly, and is exactly what was required. I will be ordering another replacement band for when I require it five or six years from now. I highly recommend Masters in Time.

Watch band with express shipping was very expensive, however it seems to be genuine and I received it really fast. I will buy again

I placed an order for a Tissot band on July 6th and still have not received it in promised delivery time. I have also emailed their customer service department twice and have had no response from them.
Very poor customer service. Good thing I paid with Paypal!

Was looking for a seiko M0TW111J0 strap and my options were pretty limited and masters in time had the best price so I gave it ago. Read many bad reviews but my experience was nothing short of excellent. Got my watch strap exactly when they said it would arrive and I would definitely recommend trying them out.

I ordered a Swatch band and was told it had been despatched on 5th July and to wait up to 9 working days. It's now the 23rd July and no watch band and no reply to my email sent on the 19th July.

I needed a replacement watch band for a Citizen watch. The MIT website is easy to navigate and helped with selection - even the tool to easily remove and replace the bands was offered. Outstanding service and quality. Well Done!

I order two straps for festina watches from them,paid the extra fee for DHL Express,and four days later it was delivered to me in Plettenberg Bay ,South Africa,can you believe that?I could not even manage to source the straps anywhere in South Africa.I was so impressed,I order two festina watches from them and received them five days later,thats excellent service

I ordered a leather strap for a Luminox watch that I wasn't able to find anywhere else. Paid with PayPal on January 4th, received it today, January 17th, shipped from Spain to Poland. It's the original, and the exact colour I ordered. Came with a free tool for changing straps. I was apprehensive after reading some reviews, but all was perfectly fine in my case.

We purchased our 4 watch bands on December 18 and received them on Jan 10th in Canada shipped from Spain (Canada had a postal strike) Products were exactly as described and great quality. We used Paypal an had no problems.

I ordered an "Emporio Armani AR11101 Sigma Strap" "Ordered from Sweden 12/12 and could retrieve it on 17/12. Everything I bought was right and original. Payed with Paypal. Quick and easy, I recommend!

I ordered and received actually what I wanted. A replacement band for my Micheal Kors watch. The price was right. Shipped and received on time. It was an exact same band as the original watch. Couldn't be happier or more satisfied.

Ordered a watch strap and they emailed me to say it had been delivered. It hadn’t! Contacted them and got fobbed off. They were checking with their delivery agent etc etc etc. After a few weeks I saw this review page and realised that my experience was not unique. Contacted PayPal and they got my money refunded.

I am really unhappy with the quality of bad service..
