Ordered a replacement strap for my Chrono on 31st July. Received the strap today 9th August which seems to be authentic/genuine and as expected. All good.

This company is a bunch of scam artists! Read elsewhere as to their feedback. They marketed a very specific watch part using photos of a stock watch only to send me imitation parts. After an exchange of a dozen or more emails, I decided to search for this companies credentials online. GASP! There is SOOOOOOOO much poo-poo on them its not even funny. What set me ablaze was when their customer service (or lack thereof) person stated point blank I would not be receiving any sort of money back and there was no way on earth they would work with me regarding a return or take care of return shipping costs. These scam artists go so far as to recreate fake labels to put on their parts to, which mimics genuine part labels but upon closer inspection and comparison to original parts and labels….well the part numbers may be correct but the font and labeling is all incorrect. It should also be noted this seller will make every excuse in the book to cover their tracks. They blame the original suppliers, the shippers, and even eventually will blame you…amazingly the seller for being a fraud. Wow…and ya right. By the way, if anyone questions my integrity writing this I can honestly say in two decades of using online services, both buying and selling (for instance on ebay)….I still have a 100% feedback rating. Stuff happens, even to honest people like me…but there is no way I am giving MIT one second more of my time. If you think you will not get scammed, then you have another thing coming. Take your business elsewhere and you will trust this review…and the countless others here who have also been duped. Save your time, money, and most importantly yourself from these fools!

Bought a watchstrap. Photo on website showed it had a clasp. Received item...no clasp. Customer service given me the run around for over a month. Won't buy from them again. They have updated the item on their website to reflect there is no clasp, but offered me nothing.

I ordered a watch band they sent me the wrong one and blamed it on the manufacturer. They wanted me to send it back with a receipt for the return shipping fees then they would send the right watch band and reimburse me. They said that they don’t supply or offer prepaid return shipping for people out of the EU community. Very poor customer service so I contacted my credit card company to stop payment And have them investigate it for me. They could have sent the correct one with a prepaid return envelope and it would have resolved their error. I suggest anyone dealing with them (masters in time ) to use a credit card that will give you protection from company’s like this.

I spent days, hours.. weeks looking for a replacement band for my watch and ran across this website. There was my band plus they have it in every color you could ever want. I didn't trust it. They claim to be "offical retailers" of the brand of watch I have. I contacted the company directly and they confirmed that masters in time is not one of their offical retailers. So remember folks, if it sounds too good to be true.......

Ordered a watch from them (watch.co.uk) at end of December. Money taken straight away. Expected delivery 4-5 days.

Confirmation they sent through was for wrong address (home address rather than pick up location).

Phoned customer service to get this corrected - they were downright rude and not really interested in sorting.

Two and a half weeks on, no sign of any delivery. Raised with ‘customer (non) service’. Many emails back and forth. Taking ages to track with courier and only get standard wishy-washy replies. Absolutely useless.

Have advised not interested in the watch any more as so late and want a refund - which is currently being refused for no good reason.

So they have had my money nearly a month and I have no product or refund.

Absolutely shameful. Will not be using again. Avoid.

der Name bzw die Firma heisst Masters in Time und hat ihren sitz in holland /niederlande und schafft es nicht hinerhalb ihrer eigenen gesetzten lieferfrist zu liefern 3-5 werktage und es sind jetzt 12 werktage vergangen und das paket ist immernoch nicht da in der zeit hätte ich mit dem auto auch selber rüberfahren können und mir das produkt dann direkt im laden kaufen können. Fazit : Nicht empfehlenswert (der support wimmelt ein auch nur ab )

The watch that I received was exactly as advertised. A great teaching watch for the kids. The time between odering and receiving my purchase was acceptable. I emailed an enqiry and was given an answer promplly.
Overall a great product and service.

Le produit (un bracelet original Citizen) est authentique et correspond aux spécifications.
J'avais un peu peur de ne pas le recevoir ou qu'il arrive après un long délai (d'après certains avis et commentaires) mais au final je suis très content de cet achat.

I order from mastersintime,com Diesel strap, witch was very hard to find, only they had in stock. Also I order G-shock watch in 30 % off, was a good deal. After this I saw the negative feed backs here and I was kind a shocked. My tracking number also was not find in DHL, but in 7 day from the order, everything was here in Bulgaria, good locking and original.

4 months, still nothing from them. Its just a watch strap, but they are giving me the run around. They said 2 weeks ago they were looking into it. I said they can reimburse me or send me a new one as 4 months later still nothing! Its clearly either lost or they're ripping me off here. I will not advise anyone to buy from them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a watch from these theives, 4 and a half weeks later, still no watch. I have sent them 5 emails, with no reply to any. I also rated them on their facebook page, with no response. The tracking number they gave me does not exist and with no response from them I think my money is gone. DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES!

Sofort nach der Bestellung und Zahlung kam die Bestellbestätigung per Mail, kurz danach wurde sie versendet (mit Trackingnumber für die Sendungsverfolgung).
Meine Bestellung enthielt den gekauften Artikel und kam schnell an. Super!

Ordered an impossible to find watch band from them and received exactly what I needed.

The only issue I encountered was the tracking on the order is ridiculously slow so it's hard to figure out an ETA.

But in saying that, I live in Australia and it only took two weeks to receive the order.

I would recommend this website to anyone.

I would like to be a customer but am unable to purchase a new watch band on their secure page. It's so secure I'm unable to complete the order. Has anyone else had this problem ? I'm in Australia is it not a high priority to maintain this site .
