Masters in Time provide a consistently good service. I've used them several times over the past couple of years and they've not let me down yet. Quality products and a quality service.

I read reviews and I was worried I would never see my watch but it arrived on time and in one piece.
Would send a pick to prove it but this site won't let me.

Very, very bad. Make purchase and then waited 2 months. Merchandise never arrived. After endless emails still haven't receive what I paid or refund. Not, even, apology.

The leather quality is good, bet it’s totally different from original and not so comfortable.

I purchased a watch 2 months ago and never received it. I emailed MIT and got the run around. Each time I emailed they would blame covid for delay. Thank God I did not send a check. I used credit card that has buyer protection. I learned my lesson not to buy online outside of USA. I think MIT is a scam. Do not buy from them.

I MUST APOLOGIZE to MIT, it is legit. I finally received the watch after 2+ months. What a surprise that was. I never expected it! The watch is very nice but it did take soooo long to get. I will raise the rating because I did receive my order.

DO NOT PURCHASE - Wish I had read the reviews, the products received dont match descriptions site. Paid extra for express shipping and wasn't received within confirmed timeframe. NO customer service response to feedback or assistance required.

No watch and no money back!!! I never got what I ordered and it is taking a looooong time to get my money back, which I am still waiting for. Was ordered 4/25/20, money cashed 4/29 and we are today 6/10/20...no watch, no money.

Je cherchais un bracelet avec une largeur de 19mm en métal et c'était les seuls à en proposer à un prix correct.
Sauf que dans les faits, c'est un bracelet de 20mm, donc achat inutile et remboursement (on patiente) à la clef...

Finalement, perte de temps.

Eine von mir aufgegebene Rücksendung ist angeblich nicht beim Empfänger angekommen. Es handelte sich um ein Armband für 60€, der Rückversand hat 9€ gekostet, versichert sollte dieser 20€ kosten.
Ich wollte sparen und musste Lehrgeld zahlen, wo das Paket geblieben ist kann ich natürlich nicht sagen.....

I needed a new leather strap for my Luminox field watch. I could not find it anywhere until I found this site. They had it in stock. They also sent instructions on how to change it. I ordered it before I saw these reviews. I had no issues, except the two weeks it took to receive it, since it was shipped by carrier pigeon. Lol!

I order the strap for my watch long time ago. and they told me taht my item will be delivered in 4-6 working days. Still waiting and I mailed them nobody answer. Very poor customer service. do not make shopping with this website you will loose your money

Sent the completely wrong strap...mailed it back and after more than a month I have not received a refund...continually today they have not received the item back

Purchased watch strap on 2/12/20.....shipped on 14th....today 2/27/20 still. In transit and told to contact DHL....
