Commandé un bracelet d'origine pour ma montre Diesel DZ 7313. Produit conforme à mes attentes et livré sous une semaine. Bracelet d'origine et petit outil de pose vendu bien utile pour le changer.

J'ai commandé un bracelet acier de marque Seiko que j'ai reçu assez rapidement, bien emballé, conforme à ma commande, parfaitement adapté à ma montre.
J'ai pu le monter et le régler sans trop de difficultés en utilisant le petit outillage (sommaire) livré avec le bracelet.

I jumped the gun on these guys and I’m truly sorry.
They are slow in a sense but they do deliver and I think it’s because I’m impatient and they are just being thorough and the fact they are over seas!
Plus the language barrier made it worse I feel this company is 5 Star Hands Down and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Bought a strap for my armani watch, put the code in to match the watch and selected my strap that said would be fine for my watch. Sent my watch and strap to the watch repairs to get it placed on and the strap is the wrong one and can not be used for my watch......Thank you master in time

Bracelet commandé pour la période de Noël reçu plutôt rapidement mais malheureusement lorsque on commande ils vous demandent votre référence de montre pour probablement vous proposer les bonne références mais au final rien ne correspond à ma montre !!!

I ordered a longer replacement strap for my Seiko watch as the one it came with was too small. MIT sent me the same strap as the original, although it had been incorrectly labeled in its packaging. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I paid for shipping to return the strap to the Netherlands, which they said they would reimburse. They sent me a second strap, which is the same incorrect strap as the first, and they have not reimbursed shipping. They have asked me to send them pictures of everything, which I have done, but now it is obvious they are just stalling for time and have no intention to fulfill my original order or to reimburse me for shipping based upon their continued errors. BUYER BEWARE!

I've been really impressed with Masters in Time! The website is fantastic, the watches I've received are first rate and the customer service is brilliant. It only took a couple of weeks to receive them in Sydney Australia! I can highly recommend them.

Reviews in this site may affect your decision, but in my case I was extremely satisfied at the end. My items were sent to the US as requested, tracking info was not clear at the beginning but certainly it was faster than I thought. Masters In Time, highly recommended. Give them a try.

Steer clear these are not genuine parts but cost the same! I ordered a replacement Marc Jacobs strap which claimed to be genuine. When it arrived it was very poor quality, it was twice as heavy as the original strap which made it uncomfortable to wear. Some of the links were tight and inflexible while the pin kept falling out of another, causing my watch to fall off my wrist at the train station.

I Ordered my Citizen Promaster on 19 August 2020. They had it shipped out by 23 August 2020. I received the watch on 8 September 2020. Just under 3 weeks from Europe to New York during a pandemic and Trumps war against the USPS. Not too shabby. Great watch and excellent service from Masters In Time.
