Never buy from this site!!!! the biggest lie, I ordered from them on January 14, today is March 6 and my order has not arrived and most likely will not arrive, they do not have the option to track the order, I left them messages regarding the order both by email and on the site, no response and the money has not been returned, even though I left a message regarding this! I hope all their lies and this theft of money come back to them tenfold!!!!

Big Scam!!! Watch out!! Ordered feb 05-02. still have not received anything 19-02. Mailed a week ago, nothing. Do NOT order here!!

I know this brand from Tiktok while I was looking for a vanity bag. Someone posted a review of the bag and the quality looked amazing. Tried to order 1 their double-vanity case and they never send it. I never received the package until now.

I double-checked their social media posts and turned out that this MAISOUX stole videos and photos from other brand (Etoi** US). All of the marketing and social media were a set up just to lure customers in and scam them.

Ordered 07/01/2026, havent received it yet, havent received any mail that its has been shipped, nothing and also the second i ordered i realised you can order it yourself on aliexpress for way cheaper 🤦

I placed an order on 06.01.2026 and received an order confirmation, but as of today (22.01.2026) I haven’t received any shipping confirmation or tracking number.
I tried contacting the company multiple times via email and Instagram, but unfortunately I haven’t received any response. The main issue is not the processing time itself, but the lack of communication.

Avoid, Vanity case arrived damaged & Ive tried to contact through online chat, email request & instagram for 5 days with no response. Nothing on website explaining how to return.
