I paid for delivery 1-2 days and the goods came the very next day. They arrived just as the kitchen fitter was leaving, so he came back in and fitted them for us!

Mafson after a little delay did act on my complaint and immediately resent the item very quickly. I am very very happy with how they dealt with my complaint. Poor information on website and on phone
The product i ordered has confusing information on the website- in one place saying it was self adhesive and another saying adhesive was not included. I rang the company to clarify and they allegedly went to check the item and i was told it was self adhesive so i ordered. I then received an email the following day to say it was not self adhesive. I was very angry that i had made the effort to ring and check and was given the wrong information despite them apparently checking the item.
