I have been mis sold a jumper, the photo was of a completely different item. Weeks after ordering i received a cheap , nasty looking jumper, no label sent and made in China not London. They are saying I have to pay the shipping costs to return it. They have breached the consumer trade act and are messing with the wrong person. Dishonest and fraudulent. £50 for a rag. I am escalating this to the relevant department.

complete scam do not use fake items and £17 return to china. Make out it is London based. Had to involve bank. So upsetting.

Item nothing like the one on website, very cheap material and poorly made. Took ages to arrive.

Do not bother spending your money with them.

The reality is despite them mis selling and sending out a completely different low quality garment. They have offered to refund me 40% to (and this is a quote from their customer service Raine “ This option allows you to receive a substantial amount back without the extra costs and hassle of returning the item.”
Otherwise I have to return it to China at my cost. When it was shipped to me from
SOUTHALL!

Hassle free returns! What a joke. AVOID. Am reporting them to the advertising standards agency and to insta today.

A complete scam, I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. I too thought that they were based in the UK but they're actually in China. I purchased a coat, when it arrived it didn't look anything like the pictures, I tried to return it but they're making it really difficult. I have now given up, its not worth it, my loss.

I placed an order on 20th August with what I believed was a company based in London. I then received a confirmation email saying that the order was being shipped from China. I chased the company on 6th September as nothing had been received, I received an email back two days later informing me that the item is delayed in transit. It’s now been four weeks and I still have not received my items: I’ve emailed them today to ask for an immediate cancellation of my order and a refund! I would NOT use this company again!

I placed the order over two weeks before the wedding I was attending, thinking that there is more than enough time for it to arrive,as the company is based in London ( Mae London) ...how shocked I was to see that the actual dress is coming from China!!! I have started emailing then asking what is going on and that this is actually extremely misleading, had to wait two working days each time for a lame reply ,that they are unable to tell me when it's going to arrive! I was really stressed. The dress arrived three days before wedding,however the state the dress is in is horrendous!!! First of all the stitching is so poorly done it looks like the dress is worth under my £10 not £39 on Sale ,£80 original price - this is laughable!!!!! Secondly it's all creased up as it was squeezed into the smallest envelope ever...I had to take it to dry cleaners and they were trying to fix it and bring back the pleats ,that are completely gone ..the lady wasn't very hopeful and it's going to cost me £15 on top of everything else !! Unfortunately,even though they tried their best,they were unable to make it wearable,as the machine that was used to make permanent pleats was not used correctly,on top of it they pointed out to me all the defects on the dress and the poor quality of it !!!
Customer service is actually beyond the joke,as when I sent them all the pictures demanding full refund,I have not had a reasonable response from them.
Hope this review will prevent others from buying from this scam website!

have not received my order from weeks ago. emailed to ask for an update and they ignore me.

Ordered and paid for item has been in transit for over 2 weeks. I have emailed the company twice but have had no response. I would like to be refunded my money.

Avoid this company. Not received my order placed a month ago, meant to be 3-5days delivery!! Tried fobbing me off on emails saying my items were on back order etc... Now not replying to emails or Instagram DM but happy to carry on posting & advertising on there. Shocking customer service, PayPal refund requested. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing!! Do not use it took over six months for my items to come which they constantly lied saying these items had been shipped. I only received my items after putting a review on here in which they said if I remove my bad review they will send me free items which never came. So I’m gonna write this review and leave it. I would never shop at this company again they are liers

Please don’t use mae clothing, both me and my partner placed orders with mae. My partner had to send item back for exchange and they claim they have not received them. Even though we know they have. I bought my partner a tracksuit they can’t supply and my self a pair of jogging bottoms. They claim to have posted the items 9 days ago and processed a refund, needless to say I have not received my money back nor have the joggers turned up in the post. I have been
Asking for a tracking number now for a week and still they can’t provide one. Today I ensued again and asked for the tracking number and proof of refund and the reply I got was that she will go to the post office tomorrow and look into my refund. Customer service is shocking and they clearly lie about posting items and refunding people, trading standards needs to be informed of this company

DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Disgusting company. Been waiting well over a month for 1 hoody and jumper and messaged them they say to message sales team who sent endless copy and pasted messages saying they will look into it and get back to me. Never did and then go and block my email so I’ve lost all money and not received any of my stuff.

Been over 3 months and still not received my order. They do not answer messages or emails and delete my comments constantly on social media when I ask about my order. Worst company I’ve ever ordered from, please do not order from them, total scammers. Need to dispute now with my bank with a fraudulent company

Never received any of my items after waiting over a month. Was told they were on the way to me and then the story changed and was informed I'd be getting a refund for some of the items. Finally, I was refunded for all of the items as none of them were sent to me. The operation seems pretty disorganised but the staff I dealt with were friendly, polite and helpful

Bought a tracksuit and have had no issues but when i wanted to buy another it was all sold out in my size. Romie helped to put in a special order for the sold out items and even gifted me for the trouble. Customer service skills are 10/10 and i will definitely be purchasing from them again. All pros & no cons.

Had a bit of a delay with my order during covid but it arrived eventually and the tracksuit is mint good quality aswell 👌
