Saw this company advertising on zface Book, it said the stock was in the UK but patently it is not a UK based company as I've just been shown that my order had "landed" in the UK!
Dress finally arrived, extremely poor quality, was offered to keep this shoddy garment and get a credit note to use to buy more tatt or return at my own cost. Returned at a cost of £10:95 to Netherlands. Still no refund. What a scam, do not buy from this site

I ordered boots in my normal size 5. When they arrived one was tiny and one was massive! I requested a refund and was told there was a £30 charge for postage to return product but don’t worry, for a further payment of £15 they send a second pair. I complained and was told they would send the replacement for free but of course it has never arrived. Netherlands registered company with products sent from china. Purchase at your peril!

Thought I ordered organic cotton pajamas but this company is a COMPLETE SCAM. DO NO ORDER FROM THERE. Makes it impossible to return anything. Truly awful. Will be reporting to consumer watchdog.

Scam! Another fake Chinese company.

I thought I was buying a lovely cotton/linen shirt dress and got sent a cheap knock off made of polyester. (Or similar synthetic fabric.) No label, no care label or paperwork. Was told to return to China which I refused.
I contacted my bank and got my money back.

DO NOT order from here. They are a nightmare. They take ages to deliver the item and then when it arrives the quality is awful. I ordered a coat and it is made of felt! I’ve contacted them hundreds of times to arrange a refund and they keep asking me to send more money! TOTAL RIP OFF.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of spending a lot with them from an ad in social media thinking it would be OK because they were in London. Fake! They're in China and you have to pay over £100 to return the clothes, with little confidence it'll get there. I decided not to risk it because I'd be throwing good money after bad. The clothes were terrible quality. Like, not one thing was decent. Also, they took about 6 weeks to arrive. So, please use my terrible experience to your advantage and avoid like the plague.

Delays. Offer of partial refund etc. I contacted my bank and got a refund through them. I had one ‘your bank says there’s a problem, we’re reaching out so we can work together to resolve this’ email from Mae, I gave a pretty short response that I already had contacted them and haven’t heard from them since. Hoping that’s it now.

They trade under various names Navy London/ Luna London. Please make Facebook also aware that they are scammers.

They come up as Fashion Mae too. They must keep changing their names. States they are based in London but clothing sent from China. They charged me twice then when I called them out they said they would refund one but 5 weeks later dress hasn’t arrived or refund given, excuse after excuse and now trying to give me 20% discount to chose a different dress, sounds like a scam to me. Don’t buy from this site.

This company is not even worth 1 star. Sadly I did not read reviews before purchasing. Awful quality clothing, claims they trade in the UK when actually items come from China, very poor quality. Impossible to get anything returned as conversation just goes in circles them trying to offer only 15% refund. Do not purchase from them and save yourseld a headache!

Firstly, I give no stars to this company.
My item, which was advertised on Facebook - a full-length, waterproof, double breasted rain-coat, took weeks and weeks to arrive.
When it finally did, it had been shoved in a plastic bag with no paperwork, whatsoever (they clearly do not wish to be contactable). There is an email contact in London but no-one knows where in London (fictitious).
The garment was meant to be mid-calf length, but it is well above the knees and the sleeves would fit a small 10 year old ( nowhere near down to the wrists).
They expect you to return to an address in China, tracked, at a cost to me of £27 (the garment was £39.99).
When insisting the garment is defective and it should not cost me anything, they try bargaining; e.g for an extra £12 they can make me one that is not defective.
When threatened with legal action, they offer 15% refund. I argue and they offer 30% plus 50% off future products ( as if I would buy anything else from them!).
I insist they give me the (fictitious) London address so I can return there and they refund me.
Now they want photographs and a video - which I will happily supply but these are just delay tactices.
They have £39.99 of my hard earned money and I have a disgusting product that bears no resemblance to their advert.
I will be reporting them and I will get them closed down if I do not get a full refund asap

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before purchasing. This company is awful! Items took ages to turn up and then when they did the quality and fit was poor. Trying to return the items has been an awful experience, continual offers to try and get me not to return. When I finally insisted on returning the items they just gave an address and advised all shipping costs, etc. fall on me to pay. Have never dealt with a clothing company like it.

Company also claims to be from London but as in fact in china.

Please steer clear!!!

They advertise they are in London, however, they are not, and asked me to return a jumper which is awful and torn by tracking mail, errrr NO !! They are breaching the Consumers Rights Act and trade illegally ! BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

This company also trades as Mae-London (what a joke, you have to return their crappy garments to China which will cost you at least £11).
Guess what? Mae-London gets terrible reviews too for sending garments that barely look like the website images, in poor quality cheap fabrics.

Received clothes, they were awful so I received info of how to send them back. Spent £20 sending back to china fully tracked…they now say I sent to wrong address so can’t refund me.
It’s the address they emailed me.
I have been totally scammed. Spent over £100. Do not buy anything from this company. It’s criminal behaviour

Scam. Received a jumper two weeks after placing an order. Shipping was from China. Item was cheap and tiny (I ordered a medium and I am usually a small!!). I have since emailed three times to request to return the item and get a refund and no response. £50 and nothing really to show for it. Do not buy from here - I should have done my research before buying so if you are doing yours, then stay away!

I would give no stars if I could! Like everyone else I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered PJs which have not arrived but seems like a complete scam, have asked for refund but told they can’t as goods are shipped? Don’t buy from this company.

Unfortunately I didn’t read these reviews before ordering and it looks like I fell for the same scam. Ordered pyjamas 2.5 weeks ago and am chasing, asked for refund but just get standard response. I saw the advert on Insta but now can’t find it. I too stupidly assumed that they were based in London as I wouldn’t order from China.
