Really easy to use and plenty of instruction videos available. Took the stress out of lodging my return. I would recommend everyone should have a look at the suitability for them.

Its all a scam
Its all a scam. Avoid this at all costs! You put your details in and they take your money. The customer services are full of old salesmen that talk their way out of the situation leaving you reassured but nothing gets done. Notice how there are reviews on their website from Feb 19 but on here, its all from July 19 one date after the other. Its all fake! So please be weary.

I will be cancelling my service
I will be cancelling my service. Having paid 200 pounds upfront to get bookkeeping up to date and year end submitted I was told I need to pay more money to get the same job done (even though it was all in writing) which I refused. Prior to this I wanted some training on the system asked for this several times....nothing, I even then agreed to pay the additional sum just so that I could go forward....guess what nothing. A terrible service and a complete waste of time and effort...don't waste your money go somewhere else.

Choosing your Accountants
Choosing an accountancy practice is challenging especially as in the past I have had to start from scratch and also later change to a new practice.
The key areas are firstly the compatibility then the quality of service and then the costs. In addition the fast response and availability of the accounts team.
