Very thorough habitation service carried out on my Autotrail Deleware, offering advice on future repairs along with a couple of more urgent ones, happy to spend time explaining what he had done and what he recommended.
Will definitely use again and will recommend to my leisure vehicle owning friends and family.

I found out about Jonathan and his team while looking for motor home upgrades on YouTube, the reviews I found were overwhelmingly positive about their work, so I booked in for the upgrades I needed.
I had a 300ah Fogstar lithium installed with the required B2B charger, a Max air fan and always on reversing and rear view cameras. While the van was in the workshop, Jonathan suggested that I had space on the roof to add loads more solar, so I went for it! This has now given us so much more scope to get off grid. The workmanship and service are absolutely brilliant. Thank you Jonathan and team, now working on my next upgrades!!

I travelled over to the UK after a few discussions on the phone with Jonathan and getting great advice. Also having read reviews of others who had him upgrade or fix their Motorhomes I knew it was a no brainer. Jonathan Baldwin Macsuk and Steve did a great job upgrading my K-y 80. Levellers installed, 300ah Lithium batteries and all the Victron accessories to make it all work smartly, replaced front DRL, rear high brake light, added spare wheel carrier and braced the chassis where it usually cracks (mine was ok). Better be safe than sorry. Also fitted new roof extractor in the toilet. The workmanship and neatness was top class. They really know the Mobilvetta Make of Motorhome inside out. As my works needed 5 days he was so good to give me a courtesy car. I’ll be back again to have a few more items added. Top class. 👏👏👏🤛

We have just had extra solar panels, lithium batteries, air con unit , stabilises, inverters all done by Jonathan and Steve , they were fantastic . Plus the handover was informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have a 25‑year‑old motorhome that hadn’t had a habitation check in over 10 years. We’d built up a list of issues — the gas/water heater had stopped working, the fan light hinge had broken, and a handful of other things needed attention. We love our little motorhome, and with the engine still running beautifully, we decided it was time to invest in getting her properly sorted.
After calling around for quotes, we found that many people weren’t interested in taking on all the work, and some even said the issues couldn’t be fixed. Then we came across Jonathon — and we honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.
He looked over everything, explained clearly what needed doing, sourced parts that had to be sent away for refurbishment because replacements were no longer available, and fixed every single issue. Jonathon and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable.
If you need help with your motorhome or caravan and want excellent service and a job done properly, don’t bother calling anyone else — just call Jonathon. Absolutely outstanding. We completely trust him and will continue to use him going forward.

Excellent service
Jonathan installed the Outsmart the Thief system on our campervan which was no mean feat as he had to firstly uninstall three previous systems. It was a challenge but he was very thorough and got the job done all the while being very polite and helpful explaining everything to us oldies! Would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to go to him again, A*.

MACSUK are the place to go for Motorhomes, just had a Lithium battery installion and Solar boost plus other electrical works. Jonathan certainly knows his stuff and the quality of the work is exceptional. Highly recommended, be going back soon for a Starlink installation 👍👍

Revival of flooded Motorhome.
Johnathan used his skill, knowledge and experience to renovate our motorhome which had suffered a serious water leak resulting in new insulation and ceiling. His work is meticulous paying attention to each stage of installation.

Jonathon and the team, provided a knowledgeable and great service - installing the Glide-rite rear air suspension system, plus a few other upgrades on the Motorhome. Including full service, MOT and hab check (which revealed a roof vent that required re-sealing) which was addressed before picking up the Motorhome.

Excellent Quality Service
Excellent quality service from Jonathan and the team. Great to finally find a professional one stop shop for our Burstner motorhome requirements.
Service, MOT, Habitation check, and upgrades carried out, plus decals replaced and bodywork repair, all carried out to excellent professional standards.
After collecting our motorhome from all the completed work I happened to mention a possible additional problem with water distribution from the roof /Thule awning. Jonathan duly advised that he had a solution and the part to resolve without a revisit and took the time to source a seal and fit while we waited!
Where else would you find this superb customer service.

Once again great service
I have been using MACSUK for nearly four years and have consistently found Johnathan to be extremely thorough when carrying out maintenance or upgrades. He also provides excellent advice on the most suitable types and makes of hardware when upgrading. Whenever I leave my van with him, I look forward to getting it back with complete confidence that all work has been completed to a very high standard.
I would also like to add that on the rare occasions I’ve had an issue and left Johnathan a message, he has always called me back—often even video calling to talk through what the issue might be. This level of support is priceless and has helped me on several occasions.

A deserved 5* review for MACsUK…
A well deserved 5* review for MACsUK who have completed a number of upgrades on our Mobilvetta motorhome over the last couple of days (complete removal and replacement of decals, fitting a microwave, headlight and side marker upgrade). The job was completed very professionally and on time, and I am happy to recommend the company to anyone wanting Motorhome upgrades, repair or service work. And on top of that, Jonathan is able to provide a courtesy car on request.

A major upgrade project to our Dethleff Motorhome
We planned in 2024 to buy our first motorhome the following year in November 2025, buying a one year old Dethleff motorhome. What followed in this year was a lot of research as we wanted some substantial upgrades to our motorhome so we could do off grid both in the summer in Europe and Winter in the Uk. I watched lots of YouTube channels and read lots of reviews on various companies that could do the wide range of upgrades we wanted. This included a big solar installation and lithium bespoke installation for our Dethleff, not wanting to lose garage or lounge cupboard space. We also wanted a gaslow system installing and knew we would want to increase the weight capacity of our motorhome so we could travel fully loaded with water, fuel and passengers for our off grid trips. After plenty of research and options and discussions with various companies we chose MacsUK. The level of knowledge and expertise from Jonathan made the decision easy. A second important factor was that not many companies had the knowledge or ability to supply and fit all the different requirements we had, like electrical, rear air suspension, Gaslow, starlink mount and setup, Sony rear view camera and all the advice and compliance and paperwork for our motorhome weight upgrade, it really was such a simple journey with constant updates from Jonathan for a major project. I would not hesitate and highly recommend MacsUK, and I know from experience, this was the only company that was able to complete all the different parts of this build in their facilities near Colchester. It’s a 10 out of 10 from us and I am more than happy to discuss our experience and journey with anyone interested MacsUK service.
