5 stars across the board for this company. I travelled from the Isle of Man to have some work done on my Mobilvetta 80 on the recommendation of subscribers to the Mobilvetta owners club. Jonathan carried out the work, and some extras well within the time scale and at a really reasonable price. Really easy to deal with and I took away some great tips and advice for the van and planning European trips. Jonathan is an expert in his field and I would recommend MACSUK to anyone requiring advice or work on their van. Well worth the trip down and I will definitely use this company again.

Jonathan and his team have an exceptional wealth of expertise. For the first time, I felt completely confident handing over my beloved motorhome, knowing it would be treated with care and that the work carried out would be of the highest professional standard.
What really stood out was the time and attention Jonathan invested in understanding exactly how we use our vehicle before starting any upgrade. This meant the results didn’t just meet our expectations—they exceeded them. Importantly, in our experience, he has never tried to oversell anything we didn’t need or want.
We wouldn’t take our motorhome anywhere else now. For us, it’s MACS UK every single time.

Barry. I want to thank you too for your patience and discretion. I don’t mind sharing - an electrical board from factory caused an interesting spectacle as the van took on a life of its own for a few moments - but we tracked it down and sorted it out as you know. I really appreciated your understanding and trust that now install is over, your lovely Moho is delivering as expected. I guess as you said - some days are a challenge - in overcoming them we learn and grow such that they pose no challenge in the event of a re occurrence. Pleasure to meet you and see you again soon for those upgrades!
First class service
Jonathan could not have done more to give us our beautiful motorhome. He went above and beyond for both his customer selling and for us, buying. His knowledge of all electrics, systems, layouts and payloads is second to none. We will definitely use him for any future upgrades and additions. Thank you Jonathan.

Cannot recommend highly enough
Cannot recommend highly enough. Fitted us in at short notice to fix and redo our electrical system and install solar panels on our Transit Custom. Work completed to a very high standard and excellent updates on progress and communication throughout. Would definitely go back for any future modifications.

Looking for advice
Had an electric charging problem, lovely gentleman at the end of the phone took the time to explain what I needed to look at, went through a few things on the phone, told me I needed a electric tester and which one to buy. Told me once I have it what to test and would lead me to the problem. Did this and it has, there was no pressure into getting the caravan seen and charging me for it. He was the only one out of 5 phone calls that had the decency to call back and help. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend and will be giving him my business as well as telling family and friends.

Exterior cameras
Visited MACSUK to enquire about improving our visibility whilst driving and for monitoring horses in transit.
Whilst 360 camera would of been ideal, beyond budget. However Jonathan and his team offered a solution, 2 reversing cameras (one which is used as rear view mirror and one facing down when reversing) and two cameras in horse area, all linked to a 10" screen in our cab. A choice of options on screen allows us to split so we can have 1 to 4 cameras visible at once. Rear view camera excellent when driving, we can see what's behind us and aids once overtaken a vehicle to be able to safely move over, our vehicle is over 8m. Picture quality superb.
Plan to return to MACSUK to have larger water tank fitted, changes to side lights and self levelling, when our vehicle is not in use over winter

Jason. I’m beginning to think your van needs a designated space at our workshop!! What a transformation from when you first brought her in …. And even now as type - she’s back in for more upgrades. It’s wonderful to hear how the system exceeds expectations and how you both manage to go off grid and share your (copious amounts of) power with others lol!! Top service
Leisure battery failure when we were due to go away. Decided to look at lithium alternative. Found this company on Google; Jonathan was so helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Battery ordered with express delivery but did not arrive until very late in day but Jonathan fitted it, kindly working into the evening so we could travel next day. Definitely a one-stop shop for all our motorhome needs.

Had an iusse with the toilet cassette not opening, contacted Jonathan via text after finding he's number online he called me on Saturday evening and talked me though the process and helped me get the toilet working again extremely nice guy.

Met these guys for the first time…
Met these guys for the first time today. We had a habitation check on our motorhome. Well there is not alot these guys do not know, so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail to us. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again for all our motorhome needs. Excellent thank you for everything.

Excellent service and support
Jonathan fitted a lithium battery and charger, along with spare wheel carrier for us and I couldn’t be more impressed. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all options to us, and on completing fitting the system explained the setup, answered my questions and ensured everything was installed to the highest standard. The lithium battery upgrade has really increased our off-grid capabilities with a fast charger giving us peace of mind. I would highly recommend MACS UK Ltd for any Motorhome upgrades.

Batteries & advice from macsuk?
We knew what we needed in our motorhome but not how to make it happen so Jonathan (Macsuk) did everything for us which was great & he did an amazing job. Jonathan is so approachable for after sales services & advice & just makes everything easier for us. 😊

Just had our 2nd visit to see Jonathan at MACUK for Hab check and reversing camera upgrades, last year we had full Lithium, solar panel upgrades and what a fantastic job he has done for us. From talking through our options the workmanship and professionalism is first class. Highly recommended if you need any work done on your Motorhome/campervan
