We had a fractured fuel pipe was on our 2017 K 85.
Leaking diesel when filling up and the horrible nauseating smell of diesel when travelling.Jonathon correctly diagnosed the issue and was able to fit us in for the replacement fuel pipe to be fitted. Having stayed late into the evening with Steve , the job was done quickly and as everyone knows very professionally.
Safety is always paramount for us and his experience, knowledge, dedication and hard work leaves other franchises severely lacking. We would not use anyone else and the three to four hour trip to see him is worth the peace of mind.
A premium service from an exceptional person.

First hab check away from a main dealer. Carried out professionally and diligently without missing major faults and picking up trivial faults as I have become used to. Once again lead acid batteries on the way out . So despite the expense lithium is the way forward and with a 10year warranty, why wouldn't you. Shame I've been too tight fisted to date

A fantastic experience with Jonathan who literally dropped everything to save the day for us! We were getting the ferry to go on an extended trip to Europe and had some power issues with our Motorhome. Even though he was fully booked he made time to squeeze us in and did an excellent job is diagnosing and resolving the issues. We are so grateful that he took the time to do this and how clearly he explained the diagnostics. I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge, expertise and quick thinking approach. What a great service that was offered by the team. They were extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. They identified my issue quickly and then sourced a replacement part. While I was there they were also dealing with other customers who had last minute issues. No problem is beyond them and they are always willing to help. Great service and highly recommended

I first saw a review of MacsUk on you tube and whilst we had a couple of local companies we could have used I liked the way he consulted rather than sold to the couple doing the review.
I can honestly say he dealt with us in exactly the same manner, giving us various options for our electrical upgrade and a Wi-Fi solution.
Neither were the most expensive options just the right ones for us.
Having collected our van knowing it needed to be returned to be finished our diesel tank had a leak, they discovered the problem (mice or rats chewing a hole into it) meaning the tank needed replacing.
Despite them being extremely busy they said they would resolve all the outstanding issues so we could go on our planned.
They will manage your expectations but they will not disappoint, but exceed your expectations.
Many thanks to both Jonathan and Steve it was a pleasure doing business and we will return!

From start to finish

Johnathan and Steve have just finished an engine service, MOT and a hab check for us. This is what we really appreciate about MACSUK, it's a one-stop shop for anything to do with motorhomes, unlike our previous dealership that would do all the repairs, hab checks but nothing to do with the vehicle itself, which was left to you to find a garage for that side. MACSUK is a great company run by two fantastic guys.

Hi I’d just like to say a big thankyou for the hard work and workmanship off these two gentlemen that looked after us when we was discussing what up grade would be to our moterhome we are completely novice at the moterhome industry but they explained evething what we need and how they would achieve it I would highly recommend

We had motorhome levellers fitted and our inverter upgraded. The service we received was outstanding and well more than was expected. I highly recommended this company and will definitely be a regular customer. THANK YOU.

We had some excellent work done by Johnathan (and Steve)
Namely 360 camera/laser lights front & rear/levelling legs/larger vehicle battery/charge master
He explained everything that he had done in plain language. Nothing was to much trouble.
Whilst away in Southern France the van developed a slight fault unrelated to the work that had been done, although van covered on warranty a quick call to Jonathan allowed the journey to continue whilst trying without success with the vehicle (cab) main warranty being able to assist (will be sorted in Uk)
On site we attempted to rectify the issues and with a video call to Jonathan to give guidance and confidence, however without success. But we were to see the superb work that Jonathan had done on the van.
Without doubt this service and customer assistance is above and beyond.

We recently stayed overnight at Jonathan’s Park Farm parking area before travelling to Harwich to catch the ferry to the Hook of Holland. During our stay, we mentioned that we were having a few issues with some of our cabinet door catches, and only then discovered that Jonathan also runs a motorhome and caravan business.
Jonathan kindly invited us to drop by his workshop the following day so he could take a look. Because we had a Ford warranty recall appointment the next day, we were delayed and didn’t get there until late afternoon. Even so, Jonathan was still there working on another motorhome and, to our surprise, stopped what he was doing to fix our cabinet door catches straight away.
I also mentioned that we were having problems with the front over-cab seal, which was already due to be repaired under warranty. Jonathan generously offered to apply a temporary seal to help prevent any further damage while we were away travelling.
We were extremely grateful for the time, care and kindness Jonathan showed us. His willingness to help at short notice made a real difference to our trip. He is clearly very knowledgeable about motorhome systems and upgrades, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jonathan and Steve did a fantastic job on my motorhome, with some accessories and upgrades. The detail of the work is second to none, and I am delighted with it. I have plans for future upgrades and would have no hesitation in making the 2-hour journey again for them to do the second phase of work. Highly recommended Motorhome and Caravan Services to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

We have used Jonathan at MACSUK for a significant amount of work on our motorhome including some extensive upgrades to our off grid capability.
Whilst in Italy today, I had failed to change an inverter setting and it resulted in a fuse for the van blowing and us losing habitation power.
I rang Jonathan from Italy and he identified the problem immediately and talked me through how to repair the 300 amp mega-fuse that had blown. (Always carry spares!!) I popped the new fuse in and Jonathan checked all my motorhome systems remotely to ensure all was up and running again. He also carried out some remote upgrades to the UI and we were able to carry on our European adventure.
If you have work done by Jonathan at MACSUK you literally 'join' his motorhome family and he is always there to help and support wherever you are in the world - he told us that from Day 1.

When we came of the boat from the netherlands 27 april on our way to the parkfornight spot near Great Bromley it started to rain and then my windscreen ipers stopped working . Next morning on the pfn spot we met Jonathan and he told us he owns a camper garage so he looked to the problem and discover that the windscreen wiper moter was broken and he looked every where in England to find the right windscreen wiper moter for a dutch car (that was not easy to find) finally Jonathan could order one and so he could fix our camper . We where very happy and lucky we met Jonathan because he nows excacly what he is doing and is a very nice person . So many, many thanks from us. Whenever you have a problem with your camper , i say go to the camper garage from Jonathan and he will fix any problem . Again man thanks and kind regards.

Jonathan not only discovered that a screeching multibelt did not mean just tightening it, but saw at once that the alternator had not been fastened properly. Driving on would very likely have meant the end of our engine (and our holiday). I am very grateful that he and his mate Steve fixed this this, on the spot.

I contacted Jonathan for help as I was travelling to Europe and my campervan had a very poor lead/acid leisure battery system since new. MACSUK carried out an exceptional installation of a new Lithium fogster battery and Victron charger. An amazing job and everything is well hidden as if nothing happened. The performance is incredible. I could be off grid for up to 5 days plus. Jonathan is incredibly knowledgeable, a true professional, and knows so much I did not know ! A few more recommended tweaks to be done which will make it even more of a robust system. Thank you so much for fitting in me in at short notice - it really has made such a significant difference. Had a Victron system installed along with a dual rear-view camera and solar panel upgrade, and I can honestly say this is not a DIY job — it should only be done by a professional. That’s exactly why I chose Jonathan. His knowledge is on another level compared to others in the trade, and his workmanship is absolutely top class.

When you pick up your motorhome, it’s not just a case of “here are your keys, see you later.” Jonathan takes the time to walk you through the entire system, shows you how everything works, and even pairs it all to your phone. On top of that, if you ever have an issue, he can dial in remotely and see what’s going on — which is a huge reassurance.

It’s also worth mentioning that this kind of setup involves a lot of equipment, so I expected to lose some storage space. But thanks to the custom work carried out, there’s been no noticeable loss at all — another 5-star aspect of the job.

We’ll definitely be going back after our tour next month. Now we know we can comfortably live off-grid thanks to this incredible upgrade, we’re planning to have our lights upgraded and a full graphics makeover done too.

Gliderite semi air suspension. Wow… just picked up my Adamo from MACSUK (macsuk.org) based near Colchester who are an authorised distributer and fitter of the product. And what a difference it makes to the handling and the motorhome.
Jonathan, the owner of Macs, is very proud of his company and his customer service is fantastic. Picking the motorhome up a little earlier, he took the time to explain the fitting process and show it working. Oh, and Jonathan fitted a 300ah(yes300) lithium battery for good measure plus associated gubbins. The fitment of both products looks better than original!
