The title says it all. Knowledgable, Friendly, Patient are just a few words that describe the folks at MacHollywood. These are good people. And don't get me started on their shipping service. Ordered something and it arrived the next day on my doorstep. It really doesn't get any better that that. Give MacHollywood a shot. They are the real deal.

Mac Hollywood is the best! They carry cintiqs. I needed one in a hurry and they had it for me. They also have the best customer service. If you want to avoid the nerd robots at the apple store go here becauyse the nerds at Mac Hollywood are WAY BETTER

Mac Hollywood was a pleasure to deal with when I ordered my Cintiq Pro Stand. Despite the fact that's it a significant investment, I really love the ergonomics of this stand, as it is able to be positioned below the level of my desk. Currently I have the Cintiq placed at a low, flat angle and my iMac is just behind it, higher up at my eye level. With the toggle feature I can use the Cintiq to paint on while looking at a duplicate image on the iMac which updates in real time, so in effect I can paint on either monitor which really helps to relieve back and neck strain. I'm explaining my setup because many people are hesitant about getting this stand, but I have no regrets with this purchase. Thanks Mac Hollywood - everything arrived in perfect condition and on time.

Today I came to fix my laptop- customer support was extremely nice and helpful, and fixed my laptop on the spot for no charge! Did an amazing job and I really appreciate how professional, cordial and helpful they were!

You had the Wacom pen I wanted and as you fixed my Mac computer years ago when I lived in LA, I trusted you as a vendor. This was important because Amazon vendors were offering the same product at double and triple your price. I had no prior relationship with them and didn't even know if I would get an authentic Wacom product.

You even upgraded my shipping carrier...Thank you!!!

BTW the pen is just what I needed to use brushes in Photoshop...works great!

The staff at Machollywood is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their technical guy for the Wacom Cintiq Pro was very patient and helpful. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions without like feeing I was rushed out the door. I ultimately decided to purchase from them because of their hospitality.

Purchased the Cintiq Pro 24 with the arm and the staff were very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. They seem to genuinely have your best interests at heart and try to work with your budget. Delivery was also speedy - got it in like 2 days?! And they came right to my door which was nice, considering I live in a big apartment complex.

The included warranty really sold me especially on a used product it gave me more peace of mind. The cintiq is nearly flawless so their description of the product condition was spot on.
