Buy the alternative stand!
I ordered the alternative stand for the Cintiq Pro 24, and although it literally just got to my house and I put it together, I can already tell this is amazing. I initially bought an AmazonBasics ergo arm before I found this product, which was a lot cheaper than the original Wacom stands, but still really frustrating and complicated due to its setup, how it adjusts and how it jiggles when I put weight on it! Luckily, I found this stand through a Google advertisement. I took a chance on it and WOW, this is just great. It's so easy to set up it didn't even require an instruction manual (which some people may like one to accompany their stands, but I found it super easy even without one). On top of that, it's easy to adjust and DOESN'T BUDGE WITH WEIGHT!! Why couldn't Wacom do this themselves??!! I'm definitely gonna suggest this stand to all of my other artist friends!

Luckily my package did get dropped off and for that, I am really happy for. What I am not happy is the box somewhat being a bit ripped. This cost me 99 dollars and I at least expected something so simple to not have any damage or what so ever. Another thing I would like to mention is that the tracking app they usually have you download does not work all that well and has a hard time finding my package let alone loading it. I also did not receive any messages from my phone when the package was being shipped and when it arrived.

Website is easy to use and navigate. I marked it two stars because I placed my order and wasn't notified until several days later that they didn't have my product in stock. Website did not have the current information about the product.
