EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I was in the market for a Wacom Cintiq and found MacHollywood through a recommendation from a friend. Although there were a few other small business that sold Cintiq's, I found that the staff, in particular Patrick, was eager to answer any questions and was patient even when I called him a few times after my purchase with some minor questions that I had. I ended up buying a Cintiq, and I'm very very happy with it.

I try to support small businesses since I own a small business myself. It's very important that we support these small mom-and-pops that end up contributing to our neighborhood. The service at MacHollywood is not something you would find at all on Amazon or Ebay. I'm happy I found a new place for my needs, and delighted that it's a small business. I plan to make my next purchase at MacHollywood in the future.
