I cannot fault any aspect of the work eFix carried out for me. They were totally professional, very fair priced and kept me informed throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This company is fantastic. I have used them multiple times. Their customer support / communications are excellent and their work is second to none. They provide with a quote upfront which you can accept / decline. If you chose to proceed with the work basically your Mac comes back looking and operating as it did when new. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I recently had the battery replaced on my 2018 MacBook Pro. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Super clear instructions on how to send the laptop, and in particular what not to do or not to send which is so helpful. They acknowledge receipt, gave it a test and reported back on any other issues they found and recommendations, fixed a Thunderbold port free of charge (it had fluff in the port rendering it unuseable). Battery was replaced, MacBook tested and sent back. Door to door it took 8 days and my Mac has a new lease of life. Further more they had cleaned it, and it looked amazing, like new. I highly recommend these guys and would use again without questions.

eFix were absolutely brilliant when my son’s MacBook Pro died – he only had two weeks to go until his Photography BTEC Level 3 final project was due, and all his photos were on the computer, so we were in full panic mode.

Reece from eFix understood the urgency of the situation and also the importance of not just fixing the Macbook but retrieving all the data. Calm, efficient, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, he kept us in the loop at every stage, from diagnosis and repair to the safe return of the computer. Five days after sending eFix the Macbook, we got it back fixed, and with all the pictures saved.

I hope we never have to use them again but would trust them in a heartbeat if we do!!

This company gave me the best customer experience I’ve had for years. I cannot recommend them enough. As a senior citizen not versed in IT I was cautious about sending off my MacBook for repair but couldn’t have received a better service. Quick turnaround and informative emails at every step. Other places wouldn't touch a Macbook keyboard repair, but this place not only fixed it, but fixed it perfectly! My Macbook screen needed replacing and I could not afford to have it done by Apple but was a little hesitant about sending my laptop off for a third party repair. I was not convinced about the level of service I would get until I found eFix's website. They did an excellent job, explained on the telephone what needed doing when I rang them beforehand, sent regular updates once the laptop was under way, replaced the screen and my Macbook is as good as new. Brilliant service, fair price and quick turnaround. Very happy customer.

At another local repair shop in Yeovil, I was told the laptop was absolutely impossible to repair and that all of my data was completely lost. We were literally told: “Nothing can be done, but we can keep the laptop for diagnostics for £40.” The laptop had only been spilled on with a very small amount of coffee with milk.

We left and I immediately started searching online for help. Thankfully, I came across MacBook-repairs.co.uk!

I sent the laptop on Wednesday, and it’s now Friday and I already have it back FULLY WORKING with ALL of my data saved! You seriously saved my life!

I recommend them, recommend them, and recommend them again! The repair cost, including the express service, was £290 in total, and I am absolutely amazed by both the service and the communication. As soon as my MacBook arrived at the repair centre, I received a notification straight away. That was honestly really important to me because I’ve always been nervous about postal repair services.

Both the repair service and communication were 10/10. I was very impressed by the attention to detail and clear expertise, both in Reece’s answers to my many questions and in the repair process itself. The final cost was quite reasonable, and the delivery service and clear instructions made it all straightforward.

I’d spilled beer on the keyboard of my M4 MacBook Air, and, although the machine still worked, the keys were sticky and I was concerned about hidden liquid damage. I received my laptop back good as new with a replaced keyboard and lid sensor cable, safe in the knowledge that the remaining internals escaped unscathed. You’d never know it had been in for repair, and except for the slightly sticky (and sadly uncleanable) hinge, you’d never know I’d spilled anything on it either. Highly recommended.

I use my MacBook for work so it was extremely important that I got it fixed. I found MacBook repairs on Google and it was really easy to find out how they would fix my MacBook and how much it would cost sending my MacBook to them. It was also really easy to send my macbook to them. The communication was great all the way through the process and I got my MacBook back fully functioning. I even had a couple of sweets wrapped up with my MacBook which I thought was a really nice touch. This is a fantastic company and I would 10 out of 10 recommend thank you so much!

This company thoroughly deserve their 5* rating and I can definitely recommend them, they did exactly as promised. I sent my precious MacBook back to them this month as it wouldn't turn on any more. They made the whole experience stress free. eFix provided clear instructions for every step and were great with communicating where they were up to on receiving, assessing, repairing then returning my repaired machine. My experience has been excellent.

What a great company, I had a not functioning mac air, Reece gave me lots of options laid out with transparency. What repair would cost, what a replacement refurbished mac would cost and didn't pressure me in any way. I asked lots of questions and he spoke in language I understood- not tech speak. What a lovely experience
