I recently purchased a second hand van as a family vehicle and was delighted by the service and approach. Mark was professional and helpful without being pushy or aggressive in trying to make a sale. I had a couple of follow questions after the sale and M4 were responsive and happy to help. Would buy from them again

Brought my second car off of m4 van centre. Had a very good experience as everybody was so lovely, especially as I hadn’t ever been to a garage before. The car came in great condition for an excellent price. Would definitely recommend!

This company is a disgrace do not buy anything of them if you do, forget about their AA checks its all rubbish. I paid them 20k for a van, apparently it was MOT the day before I picked it up. So I picked the van up and when I hit the motorway it was bouncing everywhere, which left me perplexed. To be frank in my mind I was thinking its been checked by the AA and just been MOT, so the van is sweet it must be me. This will sound vulgar and believe me I never do this, but I have had supercars since I was 28 Im now 44. For me to do speeds up to 190 Mph is not unusual. So speed doesn't scare me.
My van was slipping across motorway lanes, I was scared not just for me but for the other drivers on the motorway. I rang my friend and voiced my concerns and eventually slowed down to 50 / 60 MPH.
Im running out of space so long story short all my 4 wheels were loose I nearly died. They weren't sorry they offered me £100 and tried to convince me someone tried to steal my wheels the night before.
They tried to convince me that they are targeted by thieves if this is the case surely they should check all wheels before the vehicles are discharged. There aren't enough space for me to verbalise what I went through. What I wanted was for them to review their procedures so no one else nearly looses all their wheels and dies. My local MOT garage has everything video they were perplexed as to how I managed to get home with two wheels banging where they were so loose and the rear wheels not torqued.How the AA endorses them with 101 point check is shocking and I will be contacted them. They implied I was not being truthful and I was looking for a payout and their engineers weren't to blame. I nearly died 100 times, only because of my advanced driving skills I'm still alive. My Porsche turbo engine blew up when I did 187 MPH. That didn't scare me, doing 50 MPH in van
from Swindon to Woolwich has traumatised me, I thought I was going mental. No B/S I thought I was having a breakdown or a mental episode because the van wasn't doing what my arms were directing. Absolutely the worse experience of my life. The way they have treated me and shown no remorse even worse no indication to investigate why this has happened I feel I should disclose my video and audio evidence to the AA and expose these clowns. Their AA CLAIM TO FAME IS at best bull... at worst death. My vans passenger side wheel hub is making more noise then a priest in an orphanage and not only was it checked by a MOT mechanic who I rang on the way home because I was so worried. I welcome any one to review the cctv and check my suspension. Do not buy anything from these clowns.

I recently bought a 17 plate Transit mini bus from M4. From the start to end it was a pleasant experience. Jeremy the sales guy gave me confidence to travel over 4 hrs from North Wales to view the minibus that I had chosen on line.
On arrival I was met by Jeremy who gave me his full attention and plenty of time to look over the bus.
Agreement was made for me to purchase the bus and have it delivered to North Wales 4 days later.
Bang on time the Minibus and Driver arrived at at my home with the bus fully serviced,12month mot and a full valet making it look brand new.
I will have no hesitation in purchasing off M4 again.

Right through the process from viewing,purchase and collection the service was fantastic. M4 vans and in particular Jeremy, was extremely helpful throughout and I will certainly strongly recommend. The van was great value, accurately described and the livery was the icing on the cake!

Just recently brought a van from M4 van centre, Top drawer service from Martin from start to finish. Day before pick up went for a test run and they picked up an issue and resolved that very quickly. Highly recommend to anybody proper no beating around the bush excellent service and Martin was a pleasure to deal with. Also dropped my van to my address as a courtesy.

Picked up my usd van end of march 2021 on the Way home broke down M4 vans sent a recovery vehicle sorted the problem road tested and returned my van with in 2 days explaining things can go wrong but M4 will always do everything with in there power to put it right,Sometimes we need to have a problem to see just how well company react!!

Buying anything online comes with a sense of jeopardy. So when you buy a van online, in a lockdown, there is an even greater risk. After much searching I came across M4. From the first point of contact with Jeremy it has been a brilliant experience. It was very clear from the onset, that he would do everything he could to make sure I was happy with the van I chose. Any imperfection I noticed on videos was dealt with. As a result, the van was delivered in sparkling condition. Many thanks Jeremy and the team at M4!

Firstly, to buy our van through M4 Van Centre was an absolute breeze and pleasure! Not only was the Van brilliant and well priced, we received nothing but friendly, fast service from Martin and excellent after-sale support. We have found 2 years on that we weren’t getting the use intended out of our van so I phoned them to see if they had any suggested options. I was delighted to speak to Martin again and even happier to find out they buy vans back no problem at all! What an easy process - all turned around the very next day! Can’t thank Martin enough for his help with the initial sale and then with buying the van back! M4 Van Centre is the first place we tell anyone to head to!

Friendly and eager but zero from them after purchase. There's some bad chipping to the paint along the bottom of the rear doors and a couple of other stone chips to the front of the van, I was promised it would all be taken care of before I picked the van up over a week later but it wasn't. I was given the standard apologies and excuses and they said would get me some touch up paint the next day and post it to me but 2 months later nothing has arrived in spite of me calling and asking 3 times. Also, on the day of collection, I pulled into a garage to get fuel as it was running on fumes and went to set my satnav for the journey home but to my disappointment both the 12v and USB outlets on the dash were not working, after the van having supposedly been given a thorough check and inspection. Maybe I'm being fussy but to me £15k is a huge outlay and some after sales courtesy would have been appreciated.

We bought a van in October 2019 and dealt with Mark who was brilliant. Answered all our questions and put us at ease with such a large purchase. We have continued to have it maintained with their Service and MOT centre and again, we are fully supported by them. Recently I realised we didn't have the original VAT receipt and he very kindly sent it through immediately. We could not recommend M4 Vans enough, ask for Mark, he will help you through every step of the way.
