Want to write to m4 sales to say merry Xmas! I have already wrote a review previously! But want to make a extra effort so the top bosses at m4 see this! The two David’s at the service centre, couldn’t be more professional helpful and genuine, I have occurred a huge problem through my purchase of a van but, these two guys don’t mess around. They help they repay and make this company honoured with High standards of warming customer service. This time has been challenging for myself but! I have been looked after and cared for throughout the service. They do m4 sales proud! I wish you both a very merry Xmas! Again as said before if your ever looking to buy a van please come to these guys! They’re the best! Thankyou tommy

Martin and the rest of the team are very helpful and friendly, offer top price when you part exchange and listen to your needs regarding your next van. I would always recommend them to anybody wanting great deals and aftercare when buying a van, and during this challenging year of covid they have been very Covid safe. Recently had my car MOT'd at M4 and had a great service from Leigh and the team - have been using M4 for years and wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have waited a couple of weeks after completing return of a defective vehicle I would advise anyone considering purchasing a van without seeing it to be very careful as I ended up almost £2000.00 out of pocket when I sold the defective van back to them they did say they would repair the major defect but on close inspection there were so many other defects including the fact that the I was not satisfied that the mileage shown on the odometer was correct as it had only done 706 miles in 10months and one week as shown on the M.O.T. certificate although i asked for an explanation on three occasions I received no reply.
I only managed to travel 10 miles in the van before it broke down . when I informed them of the defect they told me that I was a liar and the only reason I wanted to return the van was that I no longer required it although I took legal advice I was losing sleep and became very stressed out my wife told me that I ought to sell the van back to them and put it down to a bad experience .
Also be aware that they charge a delivery fee I was not aware of this until I received the invoice.

Just recently purchased a citreon relay from m4 sales, i do live quite a long way from swindon (kent). Firstly my sales rep martin was excellent and found me a great deal through finance, which was really helpful . The van i purchased is for the new business i set up during covid. He got me a added extra because of the long distance i had to travel, which was a inventive because i had to travel to pick the van up.
From this am going to say, after using the van for 2 weeks, there occurred a problem with the van, which was a big problem but, from martins assistance, he advised me to speak to the service team, which i did. I got given service team member david blackwell. The problem with the van, was quite serious. From conversation 'David' could tell i was pretty worried about the situation but recommended a garage to take it too, managed the whole situation, kept to he's word, maintained honesty loyalty and compassion throughout the daunting time. At anytime a vehicle can incounter a problem, (no criticism because of this). Just want to say, any person thinking of purchasing a van in the future, m4 sales are your team. They are a fmily run business and look after there customers, to fufil the purchase of your hire. Highly recommend, trusting, worthy and caring, not only there on there sale, but also the individual (myself). Got my van back today all fixed and payed for by m4, just want to say big thankyou to David, been amazing! When buying something, its about the relationship after that makes great customer service, which i got a 10/10! great company
