The mark of a quality company is how they resolve issues that arise. I'm delighted with my interaction with Kaus regarding a return/refund. He was prompt and courteous in responding to my concerns and made sure I received a resolution that met my needs. Thanks to Kaus, I feel good about this company and am more likely to do business with them again in the future.

I was excited about my order
I was excited about my order. However when it came it was 2 sizes too small and I did not like the material. It was a type of material that I cannot wear. Happily I told t g e company and they were great and gave me a full refund. That was great customer care.
