My experience with Lyons Bowe Solicitors in the sale of my property have been a pleasant surprise with the ease and open clear explanation of the process leading up to completion the process has left me with the joy of knowing that professional help in a well established company is priceless

We used Lyons Bowe for our sale and purchase. We dealt with different teams across the various stages of the transactions. All the individuals handling our matters were responsive, professional and courteous. It was a great experience.

As a first time buyer, I would absolutely recommend Lyons Bowe. The solicitors were professional and prompt. Kerryanne in particular was extremely responsive which I greatly appreciated.

I would also recommend the app, which detailed a checklist of the sale and ensured I knew exactly where I was every step of the way. I would happily use their services again.

Katie in the New Instructions was very professional and quick to respond to my queries about the process. I really appreciated that she was direct and to the point so put me at ease even with the large amount of information coming my way.

I found the phone app simple to use apart from the downloads not working. I was able to download my forms on my laptop from the website. Hopefully this will get fixed.

Lyons Bowe were fantastic for our property purchase. Normally when you recommend a solicitor it's sort of "this one was less of a pain to deal with than the other one", but Lyons Bowe were genuinely brilliant and I'd recommend them to anyone. They also had a very neat app where you could see a little moving van getting closer to the house... which helped on some of the more stressful days. It also helped to see the overall progress of the purchase, along with items that were still left to tick off. It was very transparent.

Overall, their way of working is a little different to a lot of firms, as each stage of the process is handled by a different team (e.g onboarding/proof of funds, legal formalities, and then exchange/completion). This isn't a negative in any sense, as it meant each team were experts in that part of the process, and were always super responsive and transparent.

Comparative to our previous dealings with other conveyancing services, Lyons Bowe have been efficient, effective but, more importantly, a pleasure to do business with.

The initial quote and service parameters from Connor was effortless, and set out the end-to-end process with well considered ‘brochures’.

Maisie dealt with our onboarding and the back and forth requests for information. Her diligence, professionalism, understanding and patience was exemplary. Once the contract detail had been defined we were handed to the completion team.

Abigail and Alex dealt with the final hurdles to completion. While I’m sure there was work required behind the scenes, it felt like the foundations made the finalisation a ‘rubber stamping’ exercise.
