I placed an order on 7/28/2020 and still have not gotten my order or even an email to update as to when I will get it! I have ordered a compression sleeve before and I have loved it but this time is ridiculous! No communication at all!

Where's my order?
I had no problem with the online ordering process. However, I ordered my product July 31, 2020 and as of today August 12, 2020 haven't received my order. Nor have I received any indication as to the delivery date.
I have however received three separate emails asking about my opinion on the product and the service.
I can't evaluate the product since it hasn't arrived and I haven't examined it.
I'm giving a one star rating for service because I haven't received my order after two weeks of waiting.
I did contact a Liz Rivas today and was told the product hadn't been shipped yet.
Why? You received payment from my credit card.

The website stated a 10% discount would…
The website stated a 10% discount would be given on my first order. I did not see that when I typed in the order information, shipping, or payment info - there was a place for a promo code, but I had not seen the promo code. So I placed the order without the discount.
Now it has been 2 weeks and I still am not seeing the product. I was advised in an email to open a service ticket (or something like that), which said "Processing". That's not much information.
Today I called and the customer service rep said you are are short of workers because of the COVID pandemic, and usually orders are shipping with about a 2 week delay. So I am expecting my sleeve in what, a week or so more for the standard shipping? I forgot to ask how long "standard shipping" generally takes. That bit of info is not on the website either, that I saw.

2 weeks and no response. Do not buy.
It has been more than 2 weeks since ordering and so far... crickets. No notice of shipment, and no response to two inquiries about status. Do not buy from this company.
Technically I _have_ heard from them. An email right off the bat saying what a good job they were going to do and inviting me to reply with any issues (which I have done). And then an email inviting me to provide feedback (which you are now reading)!

We received the order as it was said to arrive. I like the products and the live chat person was helpful.
I might suggest some sort of standard for determining the size needed for stockinettes as different manufactures show for example 6.2cm or 12cm sizes. The average Joe (me) does not have a clue what to order when I need a product to fit a 40cm limb. The chat person was helpful, BUT, the sample I ordered (Alba 8") would be big enough to fit nicely over my wife's shoulders! (it's for her leg). Thank you for caring.

I ordered a product from you 7-22-20…
I ordered a product from you 7-22-20 and didn't received it until 8-10-20. When ever I did before I would received within a couple of days. I had to call and was told that it was going to be shipped in the next week. Next day I get notice that it was shipped. Why did I have to call and wait so long. Thank You

Delivery problems
I ordered from Lymphedema over a week ago and still have not received my order. They sent it via USPS. It was supposed to be delivered Friday - 4 days ago.
Maybe they should try UPS or another delivery company.

so far so good...
the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate... have just started wearing the item i ordered so as of yet can't comment on its effectiveness...the directions were a bit difficult for me to follow, but my therapist was able to fit the garment to my leg...now just hoping it works...
