Placed the order on August 3rd. On August 11 as I haven’t received the order I have it changed to another one. And has not received it yet. But payment was taken immediately on my order. It should be on the shipping not on the order.

I sent a ticket 9 days ago to say I did not receive my garments. No one has contacted me.
It says in process but nothing more. I spent $165 and did not get anything yet. Is there a mail tracker?
I would like better information to help solve the problem. Instead I get emails asking about the products and telling me how to take care of them. This is the first time this has happened. I knew to expect a longer period because of Covid, so I waited. When I got emails asking me to review etc. I realized that perhaps something happened? Please help.

Second time purchasing from this…
Second time purchasing from this company and this is the last time. Never sent shipping information. Claimed it was shipped day order, yet here it is 2 weeks later and no products. Called twice put on hold for over 15 minutes, each call. Sent email never answered. When I finally talked to a representative from company she snorted and sniffled entire call. Claimed it was shipped and email sent. I will pass on this again.

Product is Long Enough to Go Over Garments
The first time I received the incorrect product; after contacting customer service; I received the correct product. I am pleased with the product and will have no problem using the arm bracelet over my lymphedema compression sleeves and hand garment.

I placed an order and my item took 15 days through the USPS. I contacted your company via email and I got an automated response and I’m surprised I never got any follow up following that email. I was disappointed.

First Time Customer
I was so pleased to come across this website! I was having a hard time finding a provider of these products in my area, so I turned to online resources and came across LymphedemaProducts.com. I was able to chat online with a representative and she answered all of my questions. I placed my order, got a coupon code since this was my first order and free shipping! The product was received according to the shipping information. I am so glad I found them and will be using them in the future!

I found the website easy to use and place an order. Product had a short delay. When Lymphedema reached out to see if I had any question bout my order I mentioned the delay and they were able to respond positively and my product arrived shortly thereafter.

Delayed order and no explanation
I ordered two sleeves on July 31. On August 14, I had still not received my order and there was no update on the status. I had to reach out to ask why there was a delay. Finally, I received a confirmation that my order was shipped the same day I inquired about it. No apology for the tardiness. Not very good customer service.
