Paid for nothing!! Terrible customer service
Ordered in November for a Christmas gift. 4 weeks later I followed up to find the item had been "delivered" checked cctv footage of my house for the day and time of delivery, no surprise, no deliveries for that day, or any day before or after. Contacted customer support who were very slow to respond and basically told me to check with the neighbours??? I asked them to provide proof of delivery and they wouldn't or couldn't? I asked them to follow up with the shipping company and no response. Finally received a response with a link to a Chinese shipping company who have horrible reviews on line. No response from shipping company and no response from Lux with a solution. Poor customer service, will never deal with these guys again and strongly advise others the same.
I bought the IPL laser hair removal
I bought the IPL laser hair removal, the blow dryer, a few other things . The IPL is broken , completely useless. The rest is just cheap crap. I don’t know why they are getting such good reviews their products are pure crap. Then when you want to return their broken crap YOU HAVE TO SEND TO CHINA , so the cost of shipping this box of crap back is the same as the refund . They do not back their products at all DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY… Save your money

This company has very little customer service . I ordered and paid for some products and then immediately after I realised I needed to cancel the order and change it . I emailed them ( as policy said you could cancel within one hour of purchase ) it took them many hours to get back to my email and then they simply said they are unable to cancel or refund due to their policy and emailed me a long last of policies . You are also unable to refund . You have to exchange for other goods . And no refunds on Sale orders . I shop online all the time and have never dealt with such a difficult to reach and invisibility customer service system. Emails I sent after the first one were never returned and there is no contact numbers to phone or addresses . Just one email . Worrying now that the products will be cheap imitators. Wouldn’t trust this site again .
Complete Scam - Avoid
As someone else described, I bought the IPL and plugged it in for the very first time and it started sparking and smoking. Emailed them, they asked for a video and I said not possible because of fire risk. That was 11 days ago and I’ve emailed 3x since, messaged on TikTok and IG, and nada. Complete scam.

I ordered their LED mask, and decided to cancel the order within 24 hours. I emailed them, no response. I went to their chat and they proceeded to tell me the order number the gave me was not a valid number. it was the same number they gave me on two emails they sent me, how is it not valid? Then they told me I contacted the wrong store, like no this is the exact store I ordered from. Still no update on my order. They are liars and scammers.
Brought the product just over a month…
Brought the product just over a month ago, product arrived fine and was working until this week when I plugged in and it was making a crackling noise at the plug. Emailed the customer service team who asked for more info and a video to be sent I replied with the info and to say I cannot video as there is a risk of electrical fire. This was 5 days ago no response yet.. instagram team told me to wait 24 hours for a reply this was Tuesday and now we are at Thursday night and they are also ignoring my messages. So I am stuck with a faulty product that wasn’t cheap. Hoping I can contact my bank and raise a dispute to get my money back at least and will not buy from this company again which is a shame as the products are really good but customer service and being ignored is not worth the risk.

I am writing to you today with a heavy heart and a sense of disappointment regarding my recent experience with Liz skin.
I am reaching out to kindly request a refund for my order UK225146, which was cancelled.
I was deeply saddened to receive the notification that my order had been cancelled and no refund has been made. This news left me not only disheartened but also financially burdened.
Not refunding my order has put me in a difficult position, as the funds I allocated for this purchase are now tied up, preventing me from meeting other financial obligations.
I kindly implore you to consider my situation and grant me a full refund for the amount I paid. This refund would greatly alleviate my current financial strain and restore my faith in the quality of service that Lux skin claims to provide

Do not buy unless you are 100% sure you will use or like the item the return policy is awful. I am within my 60 day return and the item which cost me 59euro is costing me the same to return to China
Lux Skin - Product and return issues
Some products are not same as photos. When I asked for refund with return postage, they asked me to send items back to China at my own cost although items are different from photos. Moreover, after I returned the products, the tax that I paid was not refunded. I asked and they said the tax was not refundable??! To me that is unusual. When we return items, we should get the purchase amount of the goods including gst back.

Beware!
This is outrageous,such a scam! I was advised it would take 5-10 business days, but it's been 5 months since I cancelled my order with them and they haven't issued a refund. They don't have a phone number. I have sent MANY emails but still haven't received the refund, and they haven't replied to any e-mails I've sent for the past 2 months.Update: it looks like they blocked my email address as I don't receive 'We received your email confirmation' and there is no other way to contact them.
