They are a con delivery not received and false tracking information. Don't touch them with a barge pole

I’m not sure if this actually works or not as I bought mine off of eBay but the woman said it was genuine as she bought two one was still sealed but when it arrived, the box looked really fake. The barcode did not scan correctly and when I opened it upit looked fake not like the ones that you see on the adverts so I still don’t know if this one works or not because I wouldn’t trust it near my face but they are the one I have looks nothing like the one on the actual website but people I have spoken to through Facebook. I’ve told me 90% of this does not work anyway, and it’s a waste of time and they harvest your details from their website so I’m glad I didn’t realistically buy it through their website in the first place.

The product was easily ordered and delivered quickly

I was sceptical at first due to reading reviews. I’ve not had a bad experience. Delivery was fine. Taken a week (ish) to arrive and there has been a significant difference in my skin. I’m using the micro infusion kit (anti aging) it’s a home kit from China so don’t expect 5*. However I feel it’s done amazing results for my skin. It’s a lot more smoother, tighter and my jaw line is more defined after 12wks of using. Got another 6wks worth to use!

It's been 10 days since I ordered the lux cove 7 in 1 facial sculpture and I haven't received it yet, just keep saying "on its way"!! The money went straight from my bank account however...you can't get the money back. Avoid!!

I placed an order late at night and emailed them in the morning to cancel my order after reading its Chinese cosmetics. Not uk fda approved. They stated it had been in shipping for 7 hrs and couldn't cancel.. they didn't start my order until 2 hrs after I emailed to cancel to be lied to again them saying it was already processed packed and shipped. This was on the 13th today I emailed about the lies as my tracking stated it had been shipped today 2 days later and that if I return it ill get 90 day money back guarantee of store credit or exchange. Im not happy at all. Avoid

The promise of “90 day money back guarantee” is fake, they won’t refund you, they’ll offer you store credit. I’ve reported them to the ACCC. Products are made in China, and I won’t use skin products from an unregulated country- Chinese people don’t even use Chinese-made skincare. Avoid at all costs!

Still waiting for my return package of a faulty product which I paid extra $40 for express postage to reach warehouse …. Mmm 5 weeks after it arrived in CHINA. Must be being delivered on foot! Using the tracking as an excuse not to refund me $200. Knowing the aus post tracking system doesn’t work there. Dirty tactics unprofessional.

I have never received my order and I ordered a month ago, I didn't even receive any updates. Do not buy from them, they are a scam.

Been using the microneedling for a few weeks now, no change whatsoever. Skin looks exactly the same and it did nothing for my fine lines.

I purchased the Lux skin neck and face. It was being advertised on Facebook if you purchased by a certain day that it was free, however, it meant to actually buy one get one free once I had completed my order. After receiving a notification that my package had been delivered that day. I went to my apartment complex mail room that is locked and secured. After searching for a couple of days I reached out to the company to notify them that I had not received a package. After investigating further, I received a picture where the delivery company had delivered the package and just placed it on a counter near the mail room and the apartment complex lobby and not in the secured mail room. Mind you I live in senior secured building. All packages are delivered into the locked mail room and nothing has ever missing. All delivery companies have access to the mail room, where all packages are delivered. I have contacted Lux skin three times to inform them of this and that I have not received the package. I also contacted shop.com customer service, where I made the purchase. I have yet to receive a response from anyone at luxskin or shop.com. My order was over $100, which I cannot afford to lose. I do not understand why all of these companies think that it is OK to rip customers off.

The item won't charge properly - lots of sparks. I bought the laser hair removal IPL V2. Very disappointed as the company said 'it's meant to give off sparks' and won't do anything else about it. £80 wasted! I won't use this company again.

I somehow got 2 items on my order. I tried reaching them but no luck phone number is out of order and so is their email. Sketchy at best.

I bought the laser hair removal handset a couple of years ago although it took awhile to arrive it did come and still works good as go to this day. I’ve also just bought the body scope. It arrived after 10 days. It seems quite sturdy and so far as worked well whether or not it makes a difference I’m yet to say but my products have always arrived and I’ve always had complimentary gifts with them.

I wished I'd read the reviews firstly first 3 treatments showed no improvement, maybes at 57 even though I say myself I haven't got terrible skin it I thought it would help the crows feet , nothing then 4th treatment,I ended up in A&E on prednisolone for some reason I had a reaction but then the fun began Lux are awful to deal with just a list of requirements to get a refund , but what I didn't realise was that lux are not a UK company but Chinese crap the A&E doctor said I'd been the third he'd seen in as many months if I'd thought I'd had a Chinese company selling this rubbish I'd of rather burnt my money so my advice is don't use and they want to be ashamed that there selling cheap rubbish that causes real medical problems don't get sucked in thinking there a reputable English brand there not

This company states Lux Skin UK. The company is in CHina. Offers 90 day money back guarantee, what they don’t tell you is that you have to return the item to CHINA. I bought LED facial hair removal - does not work..
